Title says all. Ever since I started using MSI afterburner now clock speeds don't kick up like they are supposed to.

Ever since I upgraded to Windows 10 my gpu clock has always been at base clock speed. It gets hotter than hell in my room because of it and idles at 65 celsius

My msi afterburner got corrupted and it automatically kept overclocking my gpu to insane clock speeds and instantly crashing it -

So reinstalling the logitech gaming software then restarting worked finally.

I had it uninstalled temporarily to see if that was the problem, but no.
