    I'm currently waiting for and hoping that soooooo many games will buy this exclusivity deal that they make Epic go bankrupt.  Or at least make the Epic Store not even remotely profitable.

     

    $2M is a lot of money for an individual, and when that cost is repeated over and over again, it can become a lot of money for a company, as well.

    It depends on whether Epic can make a sizable ROI over time. 

     

    They claim that Metro Exodus sold 2.5x as much on the EGS versus Last Light on Steam, but without hard data, it's left up for debate.
