  1. Hi I'm looking to buy a main 3d modelling and rendering machine (autocad, sketchup, blender, solidworks, visualise, unreal, ...) and VR capable machine for design and user experience research. I’m upgrading because my laptop cant handle all of the graphical load it needs to handle and isn’t vr-capable. Now I was wondering if it would be a better choice to keep the laptop and buy an eGPU or if it would be better to buy a full new system. My budget is around €1500 - €1700 (Belgium). I don’t need any peripherals. Currently I have this in mind: CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X € 349,- Motherboard: SRock X570M PRO4, € 197,90 RAM: Corsair 32 GB DDR4-3000 € 162,90 GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER VENTUS OC € 559,- SSD: Samsung 970 EVO Plus, 500 GB SSD € 114,90 PSU: be quiet! Straight Power 11 650W € 114,90 Case: Fractal Design Define Mini C TG € 99,90 HDD: WD Blue, 1 TB € 41,99 Thanks for the help
  2. Have you ever seen my student-room, its so small there even isn't any space to store a bag of dorito's and some mounten dew. So I really don't have the space for a normal size PC. The zotac at least has a chance of fitting in my room. Ohh and its easy to carry home from time to time if I go by train.
  3. Hi, I'm planning on building an extreme 3d modelling setup for (you guessed it) 3d modelling, photoshop, audio-editing, after effects and gaming. But I'm fairly new to pc-building and I was wondering if this would be a setup worthy of its money I can spend maybe a bit more but I'm already over my planned budget so it ll be tight. 5. I would use it for 3d modelling, gaming, photoshop, audio editing/producing, gaming and home cinema I live in Belgium so I'll go to germany or france to buy the stuff I need (or just use amazon ) And why is amd worse then intel, because you get more cores/clock speed for a lower price with amd.
  6. Hi, I m all new to pc-building but i need a high end workstation/gaming setup for next year. Would it be possible to check this if this one works and i dont have bottlenecks and stuff? My budget is about 4000 euros, now i have 3200, so there is some room for tweaking CPU Cooler Cooler Master Nepton 240M, Waterkoeling set CPU AMD FX-8350, 4,0 GHz (4,2 GHz Turbo Boost), AM3+ processor Power Corsair RM1000, 1000 Watt voeding Case Corsair Carbide Air 540, behuizing DVD-burner Pioneer DVR-221LBK, DVD-brander Solid State Drive Kingston SSDNow V300 SV300S37A/240G, 240 GB SSD Motherboard ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0, socket AM3+ moederbord AMD SB950 Southbridge max. 6 Geräte, RAID 0, 1, 5, 0+1, 600 MB/s 1 AS Media ASM1061 max. 4 Geräte, 600 MB/s 1 USB 3.0 Controller 600 MB/s, USB 3.0, max. 127 Geräte 1 USB 2.0 Controller 60 MB/s, USB 2.0, max. 127 Geräte 1 Realtek ALC892 4, 1, Realtek ALC892 1 Realtek RTL8111F 1 x RJ-45, 10/100/1000 MBit/s 1 Network TP-LINK TL-WDN3800, Netwerkadapter Hard drive Toshiba DT01ACAxxx, 3 TB harde schijf 2x Ram Corsair 32 GB DDR3-1600 Quad-Kit, geheugen GPU EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Superclocked ACX 2.0 (04G-P4-2983), grafische kaart Monitor LG 34" Ultra Wide Monitor 34UM95-P + Dell 28" 4K Ultra HD Monitor P2815Q
