sorry my question is would the 280mm radiator work for a dual GPU's setup?

I have a corsair 350D with an I5 4670k on an ASUS Gene, And I also have a gtx 980. I'm planning on getting two new GPU's, so in my case I could put dual radiators in the case could i do a 280 in the front for the GPU's and overclocking them and in the top 240 for the CPU.

Hi, I was just wondering if one GTX 970 could i use for triple 1920x1080p with DSR enabled would if scale to triple 4k monitors as 11520x2160p or two GTX 970's, are would it be a waste of the two monitors?
