How does a piece of hardware tell the difference I don't understand?? Wouldn't it think the same thing when you put in a completely new INTERNAL drive in the ps4

Ok so I was thinking... can I build my own ps4 if I get a blank hard drive and a USB with the Playstation software you download just like if you were installing a faster hard drive to your ps4. I know I would have to use the cord manually but still would the software work as if it was a normal ps4?

Ok so I have a h100igtx water cooler and I just got in 4 corsair sp120 high performance fans and I ABSOLUTELY HATE THEM! They can only run at 100% 24/7 even with down voltage cable because they don't have the 4th pin for PWM and they are loud AF! so now I'm returning them and getting 4 noctua nf-f12 pwm 120mm fans. MY QUESTION IS what is the best rpm to run them at to be moving a good amount of air through but not loud and distracting. I was thinking the 900rpm setting but not sure?

Hey I am about to get a new graphics card, and i want to know which custom R9 390 is the best. I do not want the Msi one because my build is blue! I also will be overclocking!

if i download the windows 10 ISO, then when the real version of windows 10 is available, will i be able to move over to that and not be on the ISO version any more?

OK so I got a Samsung 850evo 250gb ssd and I wiped my old 1 tb hard drive. Before I did that, I had the icon to reserve windows and I did just that. Now on my fresh install of windows on my ssd, the icon to reserve it is not there. How do I get it back, ALL OF MY WINDOWS UPDATES ARE UP TO DATE!!!! Does this mean I just screwed myself?
