  1. I charge my customers with 10 euro's per hour (sometimes 15 if they were a pain in the ass hehe) which is fair considering the nearest shop does it for 20 euro's an hour, and they charge them extra for random stuff. But it all comes down to what you did, since you did a shit ton of things for this person and it took a whole day you can easily charge them let's say 80 euro's for labour... And explain what you all did, if you just give it and say "that's 80 euro's for labour", you got to justify that 80 and make it look like you earned that 80 euro's.
  2. Can you verify if you have os-prober installed? This searches for other OSs on the system. grub-install --target=i386-pc /dev/sdx Or grub-update whatever you feel more comfortable with...

    I NEED HELP

No, Windows 10 automatically detects the key on your motherboard during installation. (if you bought it pre-build)
  4. Been a while since I debugged that on Debian but I think I fixed it by doing: sudo apt-get clean && sudo apt-get update And then sudo apt-get -f Then try again.
  5. Sorry it's at C:\Windows\ntbtlog.txt And the OS boot information is weird I don't know if they removed it or edited it in windows 10 but it doesn't matter that much as long as you have the ntbtlog.txt
  6. start menu>msconfig>select the "Boot" tab>tick the box that says "Boot Log" and "OS boot information". "Boot log" will create a log file in I believe C:\nbtlog.txt "OS boot information" Will look scary, nah it displays what it's loading to your screen instead of a fancy animation. Do post where the OS boot information hangs for a while and your bootlog.
  7. It really seems like Iris isn't much adapted tbh... For now your best bet would be the XPS 13 but it doesn't hurt to wait a while to see if the price drops and if something new hits the market. (btw the XPS 13 is a tad cheaper in NL(https://www.afuture.nl/productview.php?productID=4679502) and deliver for free in BE as well) And well, the i7 version of the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has Iris but I don't think that thing is made to game on...
  8. Hiya! Have you tried looking for one on tweakers.be? http://tweakers.net/categorie/496/laptops/producten/ in the left sidebar you can configure it to your liking. Also all of the prices are the cheapest, do double check if you see the belgium flag in the top right corner for the correct stores to pop-up. And I see they have 7 laptops on their site with Intel Iris under 1200 euro.
  9. This will answer most of your questions. (also nice desktop steeze ;))
  10. A custom recovery! I'm not sure about legal things here though but I think this will void it... https://twrp.me/devices/huaweinexus6p.html A great guide on how to install: http://www.xda-developers.com/how-to-install-twrp/ If you've finally installed it, boot into TWRP then Backup and backup "Data, System, Boot"
  11. Definently a Tesla, fast, electric, actually getting money for it, and dem gadgets...
  12. CentOS is a server OS, it's aimed at webdevelopers and server and shouldn't be used as a daily driver. (read: https://www.centos.org/about/ "The CentOS Project") also even if it's your intent to use it as a server please do not use it yet, they're completely redesigning it and renaming things now so you'll basically have to learn it all over again in a few months. You should definitely go for Ubuntu or Mint or even Manjaro, most distro's nowadays come with a GUI (except for the odd one out like Arch and server distro's) . Als if you're new to linux read this topic:
  13. From a quick google search these are all related to drivers. Go to this link: https://www.asus.com/ROG-Republic-Of-Gamers/ROG-GL552VW/HelpDesk_Download/ select your OS then utilities>ASUS live update utility, this wil searh for driver updates.
  14. XDA-Developers.com is the site for anything android(imo) http://forum.xda-developers.com/p8lite But it seems your phone doesn't (yet) have a ROM available...
