so you agree as well to change out the CPU? I wonder if I could get anything for it on the selling market. I wont get any kinda downgrade from streaming or recording with that cpu will i?

ok so lets say i went with a 3070 OC edition with 8gb a vram I know that's a huge topic saying it might now be enough anymore. I'm also thinking will my 750 watt PSU power a 3080 or 3070 I know those are huge cards

The CPU is that not a downgrade from an R9 3900x? going to R7 5700x, is that because that next gen? i just feel the money I spent on what still is a good CPU is kinda F***ed cause this new CPU is half the price..

Hey so I built my PC about 2 years ago and figured its time for a fresh install of windows, how do you guys do it I used to do the stone age stuff where I just write everything down first then wipe the drive and install but looking for how you guys all do it maybe better way of doing it.

Here’s the situation, I’ve been so dependent on the internet for work, school, and a handful of other applications like gaming video streaming etc. but I built a new house and it completely slipped my mind to even think about internet not being available from like any major company. I’m stuck with this super super slow satellite Internet like I’m living back in the early 2000s. There’s service 15 mins away from xfinity but they won’t runs lines for me. I’m at a loss and was wondering if anyone knows anyone or knows anything that could help. I live in Flagler Estates in FL near Hastings FL. Never in a million year did I ever think in today world I would have this problem… guess sometimes we take things for granted

I was maxed out after one pass 95c

Asking for some advise!! So I got a r9 3900x under powered because of the problem I’m having instead of over clocking I underclocked I’ve got it in a silver stone case three I take fans rad is mounted to the front in push pull config it’s a Corsair h60 smaller guy. I export videos and my cpu is at like 89-91c that’s super high. I’m lost ive tried sooo many things to fix this problem I’m thinking my cooler is just not big enough for that many cores. Got any recommendations? Did I apply to much thermal paste? Should I start there? I’m lost I got a total of 6 fans maxed out three intake in front one on top exhaust and rear and then another doing push pull with on me of the intake fans please help....

So I got nothing running but the tool to read temps volts etc. and I’m seeing this it’s a little warm in the room had like two buddies playing Xbox in the room as well. I’ve got NZXT h150i the case with pretty bad air flow tbh front mounted Corsair h60 AIO blowing into the case that’s on a R9 3900x not OC with two smaller fans being exhaust my gpu is good tho but my cpu is I feel jumping around like a mad man... idk maybe you guys will say it fine but I’m thinking about different case for this pc??
