As an embedded electronics masters student, 60mA standby current is an offensive amount I'd be a bit worried about cable lengths and loops because if you end up with a significant inductive component you will get voltage overshoot when switching to battery. Probably nothing to obsess over though, would just be a shame if at the first power outage your severs explode -

Unless the cryptographic keys on these devices can be updated i would probably not be interested. There is a good reason you get a new credit/debit card every few years. -

The WCH CH32V003 is imo a pretty good pick, if you can spare an extra two cents the new ATtiny412 is pretty neat if you are familiar with the AVR ecosystem. Anything you can find with an M0+ core is probably a decent pick too honestly -

Yeah I was pretty annoyed by that video too... Really weird choice, but I don't think he is an embedded systems engineer so I don't knock him too hard for it -

Looks like bed adhesion, clean the bed with dishsoap or IPA, level it and set the Z height. The ender 3 is not a great printer for quality and needs a lot of upkeep, it's more for if you want to learn and tinker because you will be. A lot. -

no clue what card you are talking about so i am just going to assume you are going to stack the three chromebooks like a tower of cards. Why you would do this? no clue, but thats what i am going with -
oh sweet, might look into that again next time my laptop breaks. The only major thing that made my need to buy a replacement was that i couldnt use the CAD tool i wanted on my phone (and no prusa slicer either, i do a lot of 3D printing)

I do all my printing in a shared space with three Prusa MK3S+ printers, i usiually end up doing all the fixing because they get messed up and then i get annoyed at only having 1/2 a working printer when im trying to make something. Im getting pretty good at the standard stuff by now after having done this for a few years -
