you cant just use a quarter of 4 cores and call it single core xD

    That's pure AMD magic for you.  Definitely not a Cinebench thing.  xD

    yah i know, on my I7 4790K it dosent do this, had to do a run to make sure xD how do you even... FX is just strange... what do you score single core with that tho?

    @Bananasplit_00  Funny you ask as I just posted a new Cinebench run on my profile page this morning.  :D

    sweet, that multi core is almost three times mine xD i dont even get to win single core lol. got 204cb single and 1022cb multi at 5GHz

    When all else fails, cheat.  xD

    Turn off 2 cores and disable Hyperthreading.

    shit why didnt i boot in single core no HT 5.5GHz or something silly like 1.45V :P i could have beeten @Mr.Meerkat in single core so much harder then i did xD

    Could be that Windows is all "eh, cluster shmuster"

    thats possible i guess, but id think it would use 2 cores and not 4 then seing as thats how they are stuck together unless im remembering wrong

    @Bananasplit_00 Are we really going to do the "highest single core" competition? I could have probably gone a little higher if I wasn't applying the OC to all cores :D

    What single core ryzen looks like...

    I only did something like 5 blocks of cinebench SC but as you can't see, it suddenly switched core? xD

    Not as magical as the FX chip but dayummmmmmmm, suddenly switching it to another core is not something you see every day...

    Oh yeah, probably should have stated that this is me streaming youtube and a dozen of other programs running in the background hence why other cores were slightly loaded as well ;)

    AMD go home you are drunk, stop makeing CPUs :P

    @Mr.Meerkat

    That's actually the Windows Scheduler doing the core switching.  My 7900X would do the same thing if Intel Turbo Boost Max 3.0 didn't lock it to one or two cores.

    You're right though, still not the same magic that @Bananasplit_00's AMD chip is doing.  lol

    im starting to slowly resolve the temperature issues im haveing though, undervolting is actiually not that hard :D update to the log as soon as i get it to pass 10min of OCCT without going above 60C...
