Replacing my AM3+ board seems to have fixed the ping spikes... I believed at first it was the wifi card but nope! O_O? 10600 on the other hand is great but in multi-threaded games doesnt feel much better than the FX at 4.7GHz despite having doube the Cinebench score. :3

    ASUS PRIME B460 PLUS it had the PCI port since I had two of these wifi cards, one was from the other PC so even if one was busted I could used the other. :) @Morgan MLGman
