Thing is you can see why they are complaining about this, yes they have money to move accommodations and tbh some could have but still posted on twitter due to it being in such a bad state. But the WESG offers the players accommodation which is meant to at least meet living standards which these clearly didn't, so to get annoyed at them for whining is really not worth it, It's human nature to complain when something ain't right. 

What surprises me is that because it was a person who played video games that hey that must be the cause of why he did such a horrible act. 
 
You cannot judge someone by simple things like that. It can be down to having an already existing mental problem, Paired with the fact he could have possibly been getting bullied by others among the school and finally just having that strand of rational thinking snap to have something like this not just some half assed excuse 'oh he plays violent games like COD that must be it' 
 
Like who ever thought that was a valid reasoning to why he done what he done really need slapped silly,
 
Video Games are worldwide, Myself being in Ireland if you are an officer you can carry a concealed firearm even when retired due to protection reasoning. I don't hear their kid getting hold of his weapon and doing something like this because 'he saw it in a game'.
 
Personal opinion Violent Games would help release pent up stress and frustration more than generate them. Like FFS I'm 19 and i'll still go onto a childs game like viva piñata due to the music to calm my tits down. 

To be fair anyone here saying because a parent would need to use that feature that they are a bad parent are being very short sighted. 
 
The feature is most likely intentional for the parents that either have longer than usual work times or are unable to try and keep an eye on their children during certain times of day. 
 
By implementing this feature for PS they have pretty much assured that a Non-tech savy kid that isn't bothered to google a bypass of this will play for the restricted time then get their work or chores done within the day. 
 
I'm about to go to Uni and tbh I have a bad habit of playing my Console for 3-4 hrs and neglecting my Class work that should be done. It doesn't make my parents bad at what they do as my Mother works away from home and my father works long hrs from day to day. Plus at this age I should be able to regulate this myself which I do occasionally.
 
But again this feature is really here for parents to be lazy it's for the ones that require it to have ease of mind.

Apple appears to be leading the wearables category, and by a lot. Dispite Apple Watches being significantly more expensive than other wearables; Apple has managed to make the Apple Watch a highly sought after and important part of the Apple ecosystem. 
 
I personally own a Series 2 and I definitely understand why the Apple Watch is selling so well. 
 
Furthermore, Apple’s success is probably also due to the state of Android Wear which is in my opinion, not even in the same league as watchOS is. (Well not really, Android Wear just probably prevents people from buying a smart watch and probably never makes someone buy an iPhone)

I agree the topic was more to see why people picked one over the other because majority of the people I talk to just say oh this consoles better than that one. Like you said it is just based on your preference and the aim of the topic was to see what was the selling point for getting said console. 
 
At the current moment in time majority of you guys got the PS4 due to exclusives being offered and the ones who got the xbox was people who have just enjoyed the console for different reasons. 
 
Which brings me to an answer that majority of purchases have been influenced by the content available for said console of the fact of friends of previous console purchase route.

I love how everyone points the fingers towards video games causing people to be violent. It is surely not the violent T.V shows or Movies shown on Netflix and other forms of media streaming and normal T.V nah has to be the video games that cause it.
I'm sorry but research shows both things where video games does create aggression in people and the opposite where it Doesn't this is Purely down to who they are sampling. Meaning it is a matter of mind state. That in question means most of the people who have shot up a school or done something violence have had something influence their decision and a negative experience to what ever they are attacking. In instance people shooting up a school or less a pupil could be down to Bullying lack or acknowledgement from people or just the pure stress from others.
 
If he is looking to add more taxes Violent games it is due to a completely different reason. 

But the problem isn't that EA has made their agenda clear they have done this for years within their sport games (which are fantasy teams and the main community of it didn't have problems paying for them ) and the just forced it onto a FPS game which caused the up roar. The thing to do with lootboxes is that they are a lazy way of replacing Challenge systems while still making profit.  Secondly making the games rated Adult won't do much it will remove them temporarily from games until they find a loop hole or another method of making profit without it being classed as gambling/lootboxes. 
 
Being someone that has seen how stupid lootboxes can be *Cough* COD games after AW *Cough* and EA's release of SWBF2 return of the Greed. it is blatant but once again it comes down to who allowed this to happen? Us we thought they where fine, we thought that it was nothing major and then it escalated.

So this is a constant debate me and my friend have when we screw around in the Tower. So firstly what was Destiny's downfall prior to D2? 
 
Destiny had a Identity crisis, it couldn't decide what genre it was going to be in. It couldn't decide weather it was a FPS, RPG or an MMO. It thought it was an FPS game when it came to the crucible which clashed with the PVE aspect which was Strikes, Raids and PVE aspects. How? Weapons where being balanced around PVP which caused the PVE players (RPG/MMO) ones to suffer damage output on Enemies and being under handed when it came to weapons that where hard to get. As when you grind for a weapon which is Hard to get you expect it to be really good but because of Crucible it caused them to be balanced nullifying the ones using it for PVE. 
 
Destiny only survived it's first year purely on the Vault of glass and the grinding people done for the weapons from it. The expansions helped keep it afloat then came the DLC that brought it out of Life support. The Taken King. This brought Better Gameplay, actual Character development and proper storylines. Among this it added many features to entertain all aspects of the community. 
 
At the end of Destiny one it was better than when it started. The crucible was enjoyable and actually showed skill differences between players. Strikes, Nightfalls and Raids where getting played weekly for enjoyment sake and just for banters and people where given the chance to just explore and chat (Which I done a lot).
 
Now to talk about Destiny 2. 
Among the EA trailer and gameplay the game storyline looked great! It added the aspects missing from Destiny one or so we thought. The opening Story acknowledged players of Destiny1 and showed them all their achievements but other than that they where forgotten. not only the players achievements where forgotten after the opening but the whole of Destiny 1 in general. 
 
Shaxx acknowledged the accomplishments that you made during Destiny 1 but Salidin forgets that your even a iron lord now and doesn't even acknowledge it. The Grimoire from Destiny 1 is Gone unless you go to third party websites and the lore in Destiny 2 contradicts ones from Destiny 1. The storyline of Destiny2 falls flat and is predictable. The cruicible doesn't allow players with Skill to flourish when going against multiple players as your health melts faster than you can react. The Grinding is nullified due to the fact all weapons have FIXED roles. Now this isn't bad but it means your pretty much only grinding for certain weapons etc.
 
In short the game is too Casual now. This can be visible by the fact you have clans. If your clan does the raid, crucible or nightfall together with or without you. you still get a reward that could be better than the ones who put effort to try and get them. Their isn't anything to grind for endgame as their is very little gameplay unless you do crucible.
 
Now some aspects that I think would have improved Destiny 2 is what's listed below;
 
1. Story missions where the Ai fight along side you. 
Not this first mission thing where Zavala hides behind a rock then throws up a bubble every now and then but actual Ai along side you Like Amanda holiday helps you out during the mission she require to pick you up. Maybe she providing covering fire while you unlocked a sealed gate etc. but something that gives you the sense of 'Oh shit, I can't do everything on my own' 
 
2. Dungeon type thing in the tower. You walk up to the door near ikora in the tower and that will transfer you to the Last City where you can help clear out the remaining cabal forces that are hiding or something and get rewarded for it by your vanguard (Similar to the Taken King court public event and the Iron Lords one)
 
3.Bring back the old PVP system. Where players choose what gametype they wanna play and actually have it that skill matters. Yes their are some people who can do 2v1's and win but they are either lucky to get a jump or have used grenades etc to aid in it. 
 
4.Bring back the RNG roles, as much as grinding for them was a pain they made the game more interesting as it means you are not just seeing the same weapons being used in the crucible every match. Like it's no longer funny on the amount of Uriels Gifts and Antydope-D is among the crucible  among other weapons. Yes I know they are good weapons but it removes the challenge of making a weapon your own and having you perform better with it than others if you all use the same weapons. 
 
Now I know this looks like someone ranting about a Dead game or nearly dead game but it is someone that doesn't want to see the efforts of Destiny 1 go down the drain.
 
Please feel free to post your opinion or suggestions to what you think could improve Destiny 2. And if your one of those people feel free to tear into me in the sense of 'oh just another bad player complaining, what's new their.

A disclaimer when it comes to the area where things can go tit's up Saying to follow carefully and or don't attempt this if you are not confident etc. Even stating that any problem caused due to following this cannot come back to you being liable as they have tried it at their own discretion and have failed.

@GoldenLag ya i know about WEP. Ummm i would say that it should he something decided by the system and if drastically needed manual boot via the user. Using WEP to get initial thrust of the ground would be great but as these things are gonna be near human skin/contact i would ideally perfer it only activates during launch and when atmost lossing altitude too fast. Other than that it should be the normal thruster boost.

exactly,  there are many different facets to why people choose what they do when it comes to tech.  There is no general rule because every use case is individual and must be judged on its own merits.

Nah I know you where have a wee laugh with him wasn't making out you where targeting him was finding it humorous on the other guys response. Yes this world is filled with logic and reason but not everything can be answered with logic nor reasoning. Some things happen because it does. 
 
I had no reasoning to do A-levels I would pefer if I didn't TBH but I still done them 

I would agree i am quite annoyed with the way halo 4 n 5 went. Theu where not bad games but they just didnt appeal to the way bungie done the story writing before 343 took over. And they been playing catch up ever since.

TBH you could still be happy playing games if you didnt take them seriously(Online wise) Secondly raging is fine. its worse to keep that shit pent up, i simply start ranting when i get annoyed and if it continues i do stupid stuff in game to have 'fun' which is what is wanted by games. To make you have fun relax and not worry. 
 
Not complaining about your choice to quit gaming more just stating would ya rather bump into a due holding up gaming rage for a couple hrs and snap on you or hear them complain about the problem there and then. To then look back on later.

Alright enough of my stupid comments towards @-TesseracT-, Your  asking people to Boycott Huge game companies to stop them from Continuing down the path of Micro transactions and Loot boxes. I'm really sorry to burst your bubble but that aint gonna change anything until they think the are able to work better with the circumstances they are in.
 
As Someone stated in a previous post on this thread, Games get Pirated by some people due to it being over expensive or people wanting to try it without wasting money on it before they purchase it (Doubtful). But companies have to do something to counter that. Making the consumer pay more for a game because others pirate it will only cause an increase in pirated games. Removal of Micro transactions and Loot boxes could punish them in the long run for Game Support, Bug Fixes and Improvements, DLC developments etc. 
 
So until they can combat Pirating that will reduce the lost in Vanilla sales of the product they are gonna need other areas to pick up the slack, That being DLC's, micro transactions or Loot boxes then so be it. 
 
I Know a lot of people loot at these mechanics as Greed mechanics which in some cases it can be, SW BF2 for example.  But some games have these here as an option and are not forcing you to use it. GTA V shows people that they have shark cards during loading screens but tbh they most likely know very little will look at their TV during a loading screen when playing GTA V. The likes or COD WWII uses loot boxes and shiz and tbh it just a BS. being able to actually get powerful weapons from it and shit. (First seen in COD AW). Destiny 2 as centred around Eververse it is, They don' t sit there and lock things you want behind Here (Dawning and Festival of the Cost has always been centred around her since D1 so can't argue about that) The most she offers is Cosmetics. and Ship/Sparrow skins.
 
You want to Boycott Publishers and producers for things that some don't have control over. 
 
BioWare is Producing a game called Anthem to compete against The Division and Destiny in the OpenWorld FPS RPG genre of games. They are being published under EA which has already seen a good looking game get huge backlash. In Games like that it is inevitable that they will have those mechanics in it as they will be ever changing and the RNG will be ever changing. Drops that could have a 5% chance on launch to drop from killing an enemy could have nearly a 0.92% chance to drop when the game nears its End due to the amount of loot added to keep players entertained and wanting to grind. 
 
Sadly it is very likely people will agree with Boycotting a company but Not many will stick through it. 
 
I have Bought Destiny 1 & 2, RB6 Siege , OW, PUBG, BF 3,4 and 1, CS:GO, TF2 etc A LOT of games with those mechanics. Do I have problems playing them NO. That's purely because it all comes down to personal impulses. I Get no desire to buy Loot boxes or In game currency to unlock something because I know I can get it at a later date through grinding if I so desire. 
 
Again this comes to the problem where people are complaining about something that affects their spending habbits and not the majority of others. People have the right to buy those Micro-Transaction or Loot boxes if they feel like it. People can buy the pre-Order set of the game, Buy the Collectors edition of it. It is all down to their choice. 
 
I bough the preorder Bonus for Halo Wars 2 and I regretted it purely because of how the multiplayer combat went, Would I do it again no. Does that require me to go up in arm? No.
