Not surprised if they have the money to buy an overpriced phone with the same features as a normal android phone they are gonna be a lot easier to persuade to buy silly things like cosmetics and shit

Yes in the real world clothes are technically consumables but people genuinely do use the same clothes for a couple years among some new ones that they pickup from time to time.
I have recently got new shirts that most likely will get used for the next 2-3 years because I'm at the point I ain't growing anymore in height (width is debatable).

A in game purchase is only good if you know you will be playing that game in the future. I know this because I have spent roughly £30 on in game content for a mobile strategy game. I still play it and most likely will continue to play it for a couple more years depending on what they release to keep entertained. Bear in mind this is small purchases over a space of a year and a half.

People are free to buy what they want but you need to remember others are free to an opinion and majority will say spending money on cosmetics in a game like fortnite which will die out within the year or next year just like the zombie craze did with Dayz and all those games.

In the end I will agree it is stupid to do those things because what do you really get out of it? Like I have waisted £30 on a mobile game and I know it ain't gonna do shit to my daily lifestyle to improve. While during this week I have spent £70 online that will benefit my daily life and my brothers as I bought shit for him.

But like others opinions I would agree it is a waist and a dumb idea. Does that make the ones doing it dumb? not really because they will have their reasoning or justification to why they done so. but seriously if you bought a cosmetic just because "It looked Cool" that's dumb.

Ther might be ID linked to each component of the phone to avoid malicious components to be saughtered to the phone. This might have been a non-issue before due to the screen not having the ID, but due to a security update they now have. There may have been exploits using a malicious screen or others sorts of components. Then again, it could just be them being Apple. wouldnt at all surprise me if they start making apple memory chips; they are identical to ddr4, but have an extra two pins for some reason and is called Super Retina AI DDR4 memory

Xander Cousins got a reaction from 8uhbbhu8 in Apple now powered by 100% renewable energy
To be completely honest, Why are people discrediting Apple for doing something GOOD for a change. *cough* sorry inner Hate came out *cough*

They have made enough reusable energy to cover their own demands on the power grid, so yes their stores may not be fully renewable energy but their Solar and wind farms replace the non-renwable energy they are using from the grid and maybe more.

being someone that despises Apple products in general I have to give them credit for doing this and not be petty that it was apple who done so, if they can get their manufactures to use renewable sources of energy then even better as it will spread the load of energy we are using from non-renewable sources a lot less.

So in all fairness give them some credit for being green instead of Discrediting them over it because it isn't as if all their stores have solar panels on them.

They do their best to reduce as much waste as they can (video linked in OP). But not everyone recycles their iPhones to Apple so they can't do much about that.

Xander Cousins got a reaction from TopHatProductions115 in can Mac users be tech savvy
I wouldn't based being Tech savvy on what Manufacture you are using or what devices you have in hand. I know people who have Windows Computers and some that have Mac computers who aren't tech savvy (Asking me to fix their shit....)

Just depends on the person really not their hardware,

Tech Savvy Definition: well informed about or proficient in the use of modern technology, especially computers,
    By Oxford dictionaries.

Don't see anything excluding people who are on Mac being non tech savvy

@brianp1999 yup ya can? And I dunno if someone can improve at fortnite if being carried like you stated in the OP. tbh best place to train for aiming in fortnite would have to be PUBG. (Not trying to be a dick just experience) played PUBG before Fortnite and majority of my solos would end within top 5 of Victory Royale (Due to my poor building skills in the game) but my aim was always on point.

My buddy who has over 75 wins in fortnite can't get the Grip of PUBG, I was laughing my ass off when I hear him saying he has spare Medium Rounds when playing PUIBG, like what?

    "I have medium rounds"
    "for what gun?"
    "The AR"
    "Is it 5.56 your carrying"
    "yes medium rounds"
    "THEY AREN'T MEDIUM ROUNDS"

And sound quality, It's not as simple as some people think it is.  The more complex a product is the more work is required to maintain the quality.  Manufacturers can't just put a BT receiver in an existing set of headphones and instantly have good sounding wireless.  It doesn't work that way.

Xander Cousins got a reaction from GoldenLag in The President of the US has meeting to discuss video games and violence
@AngryBeaver I get where your coming from that even if rules and regulations are enforced that there will still be other means to get said weapon available, but again people are going to go for the easiest route possible if someone who hasn't got knowledge or experience of how to obtain said tool though non legal means they most likely are gonna go through legal means due to it being somewhat easier, If they do have the knowledge then ya they will be avoiding the legal means. But even then like I know in America they have the right to bear arms, But you got to be realistic, Having a weapon capable of firing a 5.56mm round or a 7.62mm round it more than overkill for 'own protection' especially within a house hold.

Now this is gonna sound brutal and harsh but it's the truth, Until someone has ended up killing a friend family or loved one via trying to fend off someone within their property with that high calibre of a weapon then People are gonna keep trying to keep said weapons. If your looking to fend of someone within your house a 9mm is well enough to incapacitate a threat without killing them if able to but at the same time if you have missed a shot that round has a low possibility of passing through the wall and into another room with a family member in it.

But I know what the counter argument is gonna be, ' We will build houses that will prevent high calibre rounds from going through interior walls' Yah how is that gonna work with all the 100 thousand existing houses.

A again sound brutal but would you really want to own a 5.56 capable weapon or higher for self defense within your household knowing that you could walk into another room finding your wife, child or close friend lying on the ground bleeding out or dead? Ya No I wouldn't care if I'm allowed a high calibre weapons if there is a chance if that I ain't taking it.
