Sorry auto correct, not repasting but re seating the cpu in the socket.

To rule out CPU if possible try repeating the CPU,

What slot is the M.2 SSD in? Is it in the one controlled by the cpu or the one controlled by the chipset of the board?
The symptoms of the M.2 and the constant restart with cpu led could be an issue with your CPU, was this happening prior to the new PSU or only started after?
-
How long do you leave it showing cpu and Dram lights on?
And have you checked the motherboard manual to see what those light pattern correspond to in regards to error?

Sooo, Set my Bios back to default
All that changed was switched TPM from Firmware to Discrete and WOL for pcie to disabled,
But one of the things I noticed was in wazone I would lose hella frames in the Plane which only started when the crashes begun, won't be able to test it fully till tomorrow but one of the symptoms are no longer present,
Can TPM cause this type of issue?

WHat kind of crashes, BSoDs or sudden power offs?
Just Displays will go black and Crash, as my fans will nolonger run the colour profile assigned to them,

If its still not working try sfc /scannow in command prompt, you can also try a system restore to a point before the problem started happening if you saved a restore point.
Sfc /scannow was done previously and still had issues after it repaired corrupted files

What has been tried is a change of GPU,
Clean Driver install (full uninstall of drivers via that special uninstaller)
Currently BioS still runs XMP profile and enabled resizable bar, nothing else is altered

Honestly dunno what's happening - had issues with the machine crashing on Dead Space, upgraded to a 7900xt. Issue still present, Noticed the issue continued to other games like Warzone and Destiny 2 and then today it full crashed will having spotify, Wallpaper Engine and an Xbox party running.
The Specs are as follows
I9 12900k
7900 xt Sapphire
32 GB DDR5 Vengence 5600mhz
ASUS Z690-P
Checked Event logs only shows Error of unexpected shutdown but nothing else.
Only have the AMD drivers no adrenalin menu for to see if drivers are showing errors.
Any ideas? Running Windows 11, I assume it been present since upgrading but only noticeable due to playing more pc games recently

I gave the drivers a try, but it once again didn't work. I guess i'll just have to RMA the GPU at this point.
Heavily late to the convo, I assume via the lack of new posts the RMA sorted it, I have seen with the Tuf 6800xt that the gpu bios fails to post which causes the white led instead or trying to boot loop the post again,
Iirc the Tuf 6800xt has two bios, P Mode and Q Mode.
I was gonna suggest trying to swap from the Mode it's in to the other Mode

Right- its hard to see in the diagram but the word "or" is present between those options.
Aaaah, Gotcha, see it now, Will have a hunt around and see whats suitable then :D, Thank you!

the main x16 lane? You can tell because it is hooked directly to the CPU - no switches involved. So no matter what devices you put into other slots, it will not change.
Take for instance the Z790 aorus master - there are switches involved if you use the M.2 gen 5 slot and it will cut the GPU PCIe slot down to x8. Just one of the many reasons that the 690 board is better than the 790 board in this instance.
So if it shows a connection in the diagram via switch, it will show the cut in performance or usage of that lane?

And how would you know if an addition to that pcie lane causes that slot to go down from x16 to lower?

So here is my problem,
I have an i9 12900k cpu
x3 M.2 SSD's
a GPU (x16)
A Capture card (x4)
I have the problem which I require to upgrade the motherboard to have the GPU be able to use its PCIE x16 lanes
While allowing the Capture card to use its x8 lanes without causing issue from to or from the x3 M.2
My current mobo which is running an i7 11700 has that limitation if I wanna use my Capture card at the moment It down my gpu pcie to x8
As the lane it use to connect to is disabled due to the M.2 requiring to disable that lane,
So In short I need assistance with ensuring all components listed above can be used without issue or limitations from on another.
And if able to brownie points for someone that can find a mono that can do the above but x2 GPU's instead.
I would search around but I honestly dunno what I would be looking for or reading for in regards to this problem,
Thank you in advance :D

So i recently upgraded my friends Pc (he doesn't know much about pc's) I Replaced his components with a yr old ROG B450-F Mobo, with the latest bios on it to run with the 5800x Cpu that we got. running to 8GB Corsair RGB Rams 3800mhz but running at 2666Mhz and a 1060 6gb.
The powersupply is a 600w. and the storage remains the same. a 3TB HDD partitions into a 1tb(Os Drive) and a 2TB secondary partition.
Had a couple hickups when setting things up. Internet connection not showing until put to normal Boot parameters.
anyway we encountered that for some reason now Google Chrome isn't wanting to load youtube without showing Stack_status_buffer_overrun
We have tried. Clearing Cache, Removing Extensions. doing a SFC Scan and DISM scanhealth command as well. The problem still persists. we aren't able to uninstall Chrome as it comes up with something about program missing package or service to uninstall.
yet all other browsers work for him. Opra and Edge.
Can Computer parts cause this error or what as this is the first time since he had his pc that this error has showed up.

Forgot to mention the devices would be like Multiple consoles, Pc and an Alexa.

Hey Guys,
So I'm wondering how I would have multiple devices be connected to the same sound system.
It not an over the top sound system just a simple LG 5.1 surround sound.
Is their a device I would need to get or would it be some janky type of wiring etc.
Thanks in Advance

Soz for late reply. If he has a pen with Windows installer on it he should be able to run the repair function from the pen. but thats last resport.

Yeah.... unfortunately that's exactly what I thought. I was sorta hoping I was just missing the "hidden tick box" to fix all problems.
I did try with some setting to remove the hiss, but as it's so loud I have to removed a lot of the audio. Then everything sounds like jelly
Thanks for the quick response!
umm I dont work heavily with sound so possibly someone who knows sounds isolation and all can get the frequency of the Hiss and isolate it which would remove it without ruining the rest of the audio as harshly

Hi Xander,
yes I did, this card requires 2x6 pins (just checked, I don't know why, I though it was 2x8)
modular powersupply? check the other end incase it got loose if it is modular
-
It probably just the general issue of cheap devices. You could possibly remove the hiss with editing software / sound software

If that's his only monitor has he tried running it through Mobo Graphics port? and seeing if it posts after as it could be a driver fault and just need to update the GPU Drivers (Hopefully) if not Try pressing F11 when the splash screen comes around and seeing if Manually selecting the Boot Drive with the OS will make it run properly

Sooo, it appears to be working and behaving after doing the Bios Default
Which is odd
As it only changed two things and I doubt WOL would have caused it soo wondering why the TPM being firmware rather than discrete cause it....
