not bad prices, the only issue is the 3000 ram, you want 3600-3800. and the asus prime -a is trash

The ram that I have listed above is 3600mhz cl16 and will perform better than 3600mhz cl18 ram that you have in your build.

Also, 650w should be plenty for that build and the PSU that I have mentioned is a tier A unit in the PSU tier list.

it's up to aesthetic, brand and what ports they have. pick the one that suits you best.
GN was referring to a different thing, B550A chipsets from different manufacturers that were just rebranded b450 boards.
the msi b550-a pro is a legitimate b550 board. the dash "-" does make a difference here

don't get the x570 gaming edge, it has vrm overheating issues.
    these are better options:
    Asus TUF GAMING B550M-PLUS (WI-FI)
    MSI MAG B550M MORTAR WIFI
    Gigabyte B550 AORUS PRO AC

To be honest you have made a really good build and everything seems completely fine with it, I would've looked at getting a 6800xt because of the larger heatsink and people overclocking it to 2.7ghz stable, but your build is perfectly fine, you could maybe look at some "better" memory with tighter timings, but that won't really make a huge difference in performance, enjoy your build, one of lucky few to get a 6800 and hope you get the 5600x, but 3000 ryzen is still a good buy if you can't

The 5700XT performs almost the same for a significant saving. You do miss out on ray tracing and DLSS 2.0, but these are still not implemented in many games, and ray tracing especially gives an often unjustifiable performance hit.

Big Navi and Ampere are expected around september/october from what ive heard, so definitely worth waiting for. Zen 3 has been confirmed to be released this year, however it will no doubt be very late in the year and may not necessarily be the Ryzen 5 and 7 parts that most people are interested in.
So I would definitely wait till september, but for zen 3 I would only wait if you have a rig that you are happy enough with to tide you over.

If you are targeting 1440p, I would not go lower than a 5700XT. I would swap the 5600XT for this model: https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/6kdrxr/gigabyte-radeon-rx-5700-xt-8-gb-gaming-oc-video-card-gv-r57xtgaming-oc-8gd

Also consider a B550 board for about 40 euro more if you want slightly better features and overclocking headroom, and more certainty with future support

On a locked down internet, you're kinda SOL for any kind of casting service. If it makes it any better, there is software that has been developed for the RPI to display more than just weather. People have used flat-screen TV's behind mirrors to make a sort of RPI-powered morning display with Agenda, meetings, to-do and of course weather, all displayed! Do some googling, i'm pretty sure there's an instructables for it. Honestly I don't think $15 is too bad considering the RPI can be used for other things once you're done with it..... or not i suppose.

It's very versitile, you can use it to do many different things with that TV. Maybe even a retro game console?

Yes that's what it would do. If you disable the tap 9 adapter windows should stop the share. Then all you need to do is disable the VPN. It should be easy enough to work your way back to getting the VPN back up again.

I've not tested this and give no guarantees but hopefully you'll be able to start the process there and learn something. Troubleshooting is a good skill to have.

What is the market for this? I don't honestly know how or what you would use this for? Not to mention that powering 2 screens with a 3180 mAh battery is going to be a pain.
Good to see that they are trying to innovate but I don't think this is the right direction, especially when you see things like the Xioami Mi Mix which did the whole bezless thing before Samsung and Apple. Maybe I'm wrong.

UK is also 230v. You will be fine taking that charger anywhere in the world, just get a different cable.

Its only US, possibly Brazil and china?? (i think) that have 110v 60Hz power. But most modern electronics is made for both.

we'll see. I'm planning on getting a scorpio if it turns out to be good too if it can play 4k games well so I can take full advantage of my TV. But I doubt It'll use hardware equivelent to even a 1070 as the goal will probably be 4k60fps at console graphics. A rx480 can do that.

Cheesus182 got a reaction from Orangeator in Reviews for the real world? (Suggestion)
I just finished watching the Surface Pro 4 review and I noticed something that has been bothering me for quite some time. Reviews are being made from a point of view that is slightly unreasonable and represents very little real world use. In the video, Linus talks about how the Pro 4 has "outdated IO" which, I guess is true in the tech world but not at all in the real world.

Honest question, how many of you actually have a USB Type C memory/flash drive? Or even use it? Im going to guess hardly anyone.
I love the idea of USB Type C and Im sure it will catch on soon enough but for the next year or two, USB Type C peripherals are non-existant.

I currently have a Dell XPS 7275, the poor mans Surface. It only has 2 USB Type C ports and its the only thing I truly hate about the device. Not a single computer at my university has a type C port, nor do any of my friends devices. The same goes for at work. I have to email or other wise transfer files all the time.

Now I know that a lot of you are going to want to shout at me for this but I honestly think that some of the reviews are being made from a point of view that doesnt acurately represent what the majority of people need.
I couldnt really put my finger on it for a while but now that he reviewed something that I personally use every day, it became quite obvious and considering many people, including me, will be coming to this channel before buying something, it should be a bit more objective.

For this review, maybe include something about how great it is to be able to detatch the tablet from the keyboard, lean back in your chair and scroll with your finger while reading longer texts, rather than being hunched over a desk.

(This is by no means trying to defend the Pro 4, its simply to highlight that some reviews are too specific to their work environment)
