Hey Guys, im looking to buy this PC in the next couple of days but wanted some sugestions from the community on any improvements. I live in Australia and would really prefer to buy all parts from www.pccasegear.com because it is within driving distance and i can go pick it up without paying for delivery. Also for ease of returns and such, so any suggestions for different parts would need to be on the website. 2. Aim Gaming. Just Gaming. A variety of games ranging from Minecraft to CS:GO to Battlefield. I'm not looking to max out all settings at the moment, but i am looking to upgrade to 970 Sli in the future. 3. Monitors I only plan to use 1 monitor for the foreseeable future. The one in my wishlist may seem like overkill but i really do want it because someone sold me on it when they showed me it He also told me that its the one thing you will be looking at for the entire time you are using the computer so get a good one, and i couldn't agree more. 4. Peripherals I have a mouse and speakers/headphones, that's about it. I also have a windows enterprise key (does this affect gaming performance? I don't think it does but anyway...) so i don't need an OS.

I currently play csgo on a 1080p monitor and in the settings the resolution maxes out at 1080p. i am looking to upgrade my monitor to a 1440p monitor (i have a gtx 970 sli so i have enough horsepower) and was wondering if a 1440p option gets 'unlocked' when it detects a 1440p display. i need to know because i heard the upscalling from 1080p is blurry.

Ok so i think i might stretch the budget to get the z97-M because it is the cheapest, will this be suitable for my overclocking needs?

Just had a look at the board and it comes in different letters eg: Z97-A, Z97-M, or K. What is the difference and is it really worth the money, im on a bit of a tight budget.

I only intend on running games and not doing any multi-tasking or editing. Would you recommend 8gb of ram being enough. i also want to overclock my cpu because im told it is very good at that.

Hi Guys, Im 16 years old and looking to buy a gaming pc (specs below) and while removing the old family pc i had a look inside and picked out the only semi-decent looking thing in there, it is a 2gb stick of DDR2 ram. In the pc that i am building i am using 1 stick of 8gb of ram and i wondered if i could put this ram in without it stuffing anything up. Thanks for any reply.
