Does anyone else do this?
I've had this case for almost a decade and I love it! It's been home to at least 5 builds and many generation upgrades over the years, and the various badges I've accumulated over the years are still being added to.
As an update: The DVD drive is not there bar the front cover. The reason for its inclusion, though? Well, I'm sentimental and the first PC I ever bought new, in 2008, had a LightScribe drive, which since died and I chose to mod it into my build.

A couple of my older retro iMacs: The G3 was bought about 6 months ago for a shade under £100 and the eMac is actually a one owner, boxed example which I got for £125 (including shipping) with a bunch of useful software too. I use both of these machines rather often and the screen on the eMac is seriously amazing and has a max refresh of 139Hz at 800x600 and the lowest is 72Hz. I have a lot of other retro tech as well, I'll try and post some more here in time, and even have a Socket A machine which is used almost daily for games and the like.
As a side-note: The eMac weighs over 20KG/roughly 50 lbs, and it has caught me out more than a few times. It's definitely a chunky little machine.

Sorry for the super late reply! That is an awesome old PC, my dude! I think the oldest one we have working here is a Socket A. Still need to get into the older stuff than even that, and would love to get my paws on a 486 at some point. Both myself and my brother have been amassing a growing collection of vintage tech, too. It's amazingly fun and wholesome, too.

Hey, we all had to start somewhere!!
Very true! I must admit that even though it was not the best, I had some awesome times on that old PC. It's one of those CPUs that I remember being awful but... well, it got me into building and collecting.

I'm currently watching a video on LTT about the worst CPU ever and I had to post this. It's an AMD Phenom 9500 and I did indeed daily this thing in a budget HP PC from 2008 to 2013 where I managed to build my own PC with an i5 3470 which, compared to this is a rocket-ship! So yeah, played WoW on this, raided and had to look at the ground to get 9 FPS on Elegon and listen out for his audio because I couldn't look up. I'm now a much more accomplished builder and have various PC's under my belt (both sold and personal) and this is what started it all. Rocky start is something of an understatement! :D
