Remember, this is only a theory and I'm with the camp who believes this isn't actually what is happening. There must be some other explanation that we simply don't understand yet. To imagine that stuff, with actual mass, is travelling beyond the speed of light is going to far.

The beauty of science is that its OK to disagree.

The Galaxies arent traveling like a ship or comet would. The Universe itself is expending. Thats completly different.

    What?

First of all a very basic Google search shows that we have measured the speed of the expansion of the universe, its a constant rate of 74KMps. The speed of light is almost exactly 300,000KMps. Primary school maths should tell you that one of those numbers is much bigger than the other.

Second, if the universe was expanding faster than the speed of light then everything would be in perpetual darkness. If the universe is moving away from the light source faster than the light from the source is moving then there can be no light.

Photons are faster than what? I mean Photons are faster than EVERYTHING, they're literally the fastest things we know to exist (ignoring quantum stuff that we can observe but cannot explain). Saying Photons are faster is like saying water makes things wetter.

The Speed gets higher the farther a Galaxy is away from the center. Your Infos are outdated.

The universe is expanding. Faster than light. The distance between us and outer galaxies is increasing faster than the speed of light. 2x faster? 3x faster? 99999x faster??

Yes. But that is not how it works. Its the Universe itself that is expanding. Thats very different to how the speed of anything inside it works. It is impossible for anything inside the Universe to travel faster than light. And lightspeed is only possible with a mass of zero.

    "Where does this cable go"
Idk did you read the manual that tells you.

    Also:
Not knowing the common cables and connectors.

If no one would aks, no one would answer and no google search would find anything.

    No aliens is definitely scarier.

Give the fact that universe is made of millions if not billions of galaxies, and then those galaxies have millions of solar systems in them, you're telling me out of all (quadrillion?) possibilities only one solar system has ever been in the correct alignment to be able to generate and maintain H20 in it's liquid state? That's kinda scary.

In my mind, life 100% exists outside our solar system. A great possibility it's also intelligent. However very low that it's managed to travel to us.

The visible Universe has ~200 Billion Galaxies. I doubt the Human Mind can realy understand how big the Universe is.
