  1. I think pretty standard 4k Ultra wide's will run you about $1,000 USD. I have been looking at the same prices for fully loaded 2k Ultra wides. Also you got to keep in mind having to push all them pixels when gaming. Going to need a really beefy setup to run 4k ultra wide.
  2. well it would come down to what you want to spend and the features you want. They do have 2k ultra wide's and 4k ones. They also make high refresh rate ones. I have been thinking about going 2k ultra wide 144hz monitor but getting that many good features in one package gets very expensive.
  3. Its amazing. What are you looking to do with your computer? Gaming?
  4. pretty normal, if you really want you could change the fan curve to be more aggressive.
  5. Tested my old PSU today and its still happening. So I'm assuming its something with the motherboard at this point.
  6. its a better cpu. But I dunno if its worth getting a new motherboard for at this point. I will say that up till last month I was still rocking a i7 3770k and it was chugging along just fine.
  7. Ouch man, that must have sucked when that happened. Everything looks fine but we will see what happens after I install my old 900watt from my old rig that was running sli 970s
  8. Tested removing my overclock to see if it happens on stock settings and it still does. It never happens from a reboot but it seems to always happen from a cold boot. Ill take Sages advice and try my old psu in the morning and see what happens. Thanks guys.
  9. I do and probably should. Suppose it would be dumb to fry the computer over being lazy.
  10. I know I am able to do that, I was just looking for other peoples opinions on it. the psu is a brand new EVGA G2 supernova 750watt and I'm pretty sure its fine. Nothing strange has happened and I have still been using it for almost 2 weeks now.
  11. So I wanted to ask here cause I'm not getting much elsewhere. I recently built a new computer and for a few weeks I had no issues but all of a sudden when I boot up my computer I am prompted with a warning that Asus over surge protection triggered due to over voltage. Normally I would RMA the psu but its not like its shutting down my computer. I have had no issues with the computer actually and if I reboot my system it doesn't happen and it seems to only happen if I shut down fully and then start it. Anyone got any idea whats up?
  12. https://www.zotac.com/product/graphics_card/gtx-970-blower looks like yes.

  14. So I have been having an issue since GTA 5 came out and I did a driver update for it. my primary monitor had its digital color format set to YCbCr444 and so did my secondary monitor. when I updated the Nvidia driver I noticed the main screen was kinda off but ignored it for a bit. I got tired of ignoring it and started playing around and found that it was set back to RGB and the option to set YCbCr444 or 200 was no longer showing up. I re installed the drivers and no luck. I installed the previous version of the drivers and it worked. re installed the latest and broken again. anyone else have this problem or know a fix for it? also I play GTA 5 so I would rather not use the older drivers.
