    I have Windows 8.1 OS when I power the PC up i see this type of windows loading GIF After when is disable the boot logo screen I get a Low resolution Loading Screen with windows logo..I have 18.5 In screen...I also use Integrated Graphics Sorry for low Clarity......Taken in Phone...
