See how much power consumption you can get out of a system
incoming two systems with 9980XE OC to 1.4V (600-700W) and multiple R9 295X2s (500W each), all put in a Corsair 1000D

Sorry to revive this old thread, but thanks so much for this.
I had the same problem with this motherboard, Gigabyte Z390M. It says Intel CNVi in the manual but it doesn't say which key it is anywhere so didn't know which Bluetooth/Wi-Fi card to buy, I was going to buy the AX201 and just see if it worked until I found this thread, I just got a 9560NGW in there, was simply plug and play, no drivers needed and it probably saved me a huge headache of buying the wrong card, can't thank you enough.

That's very bizarre. If I didn't know any better I'd say that GPU was an internal engineering sample or something. How did you get the graphics card?

Again, the Phanteks P600S, greatest case of all 😄 ,  has that too ! (I don't use that feature tho)
It's around $200, same price range

Nah, mining fold want more power supplies than motherboards. The adapter you linked above is for them, or those of us with too many graphics cards for one power supply.
The market is getting smaller and smaller, but there was a big market for dual system cases when video editing and streaming was still "relatively" very taxing for hardware. Want to stream and play games at the same time with no performance loss? 2 computer set up. Don't have space for 2 towers? Go dual system.
I think either way you skin this, you're looking at a different case and another power supply or one that will work for dual systems. What components would you put in the second system? If it's not stuff that's really hot, there are ITX cases that will support an ATX power supply.
I built "Project Hot Box" in one of these cases.
    https://www.silverstonetek.com/en/product/info/computer-chassis/RVZ03/
Was way too small and didn't have the airflow for a 5800x and a 6800xt, but not too long ago I set it up with a full size gt 1030 and 9100f for my mom as a work from home just needs to get by computer. It can fit an ATX power supply, but go with a full modular one for sure. Cables get hard to tuck. There's quite a few other cases like that too.

I'm not certain that is...you'd need two 24 pin connectors at a minimum....I've not seen any PSUs that offer that.
I mean you can split one into two like this
    https://www.amazon.com/dual-psu-adapter/s?k=dual+psu+adapter
but I'd be rather concerned about the power delivery and stability of that

It's in the back and uses the Phanteks PSU designed for dual systems.
    https://phanteks.com/Revolt-X.html

Not really. Having 2 motherboards on 1 24 pin, if it's possible would be annoying. First thing I see is when you power one system on, it'll power the other system on as well.

Before you RMA it, see if you can take it to a repair shop, as they'll probably be able to narrow it down to either the CPU or the motherboard. Just ask them to test out the CPU and motherboard.

gunk like that is very likely to be in the whole loop and it's impossible to clean the insides of the radiator without using a pump. This cooler is a write-off unless you have that which costs more than a new AIO anyway.

You've already ruled out any hardware or power issues; you've tested out several different systems (with different parts altogether), monitors, cables, and even had it happen with a UPS. If the underlying cause is a hardware fault, it would be extremely unlikely for it to persist across so many different systems; the only exception would be if you used the same GPU model on every system (which could be a design fault).

Based off of how you're describing this, it's likely a software bug, so it could be something wrong with your drivers, or with Windows itself. If you boot into Safe Mode (which will only load the default graphics drivers), does this still happen? If it still does, does anything show up in Event Viewer?

Did you change anything in your BIOS settings? It sounds like it's crashing because something's misconfigured; it could be an unstable overclock, for example.

Antec is a fairly old manufacturer (I had a p180 case almost 20 years ago), and it seems like they still make a few quality products.  But that list is a good resource to check when buying PSUs.

NunoLava1998 reacted to Niqesse in 1st build change bios boot to windows start
As soon as windows is installed it should boot windows automatically.
If windows is installed I'd recommend checking the bios for bootable devices. Make sure your SSD/HDD is listed there.
You can also check your motherboards manual for more information.

I don't think this is the issue but you may also check your boot order.
To do so, open the boot menu by pressing F87F10/F12 or Esc while your PC is booting.
Here you can check which devices your PC boot in which order. Make sure the drive with windows installed is first.

Again.. what Linus is doing isn't really racist. In the video, he's expecting the products he's reviewing to be bad, but that's because they come from Wish, and because he doesn't recognize a lot of these brands; that's not racist. (I understand that there's more to your argument than just that, but again, his rationale behind those things isn't racist either)

I can understand why you're on guard for something like this (even if you aren't Chinese), there is a lot of anti-Asian racism out there, but we've already explained the rationale behind the way he acts, and you just keep ignoring it; it honestly seems as if you're just looking for something to be mad over. If that's the case, please calm down and take a break, it's not worth it to get too riled up over something like this.

No need for a clean install, upgrade almost always works fine. But somewhat depends - do you need 11? Like do you have Intel 12th gen CPU that is recommended to use 11.
No real pressure any way. 11 has gotten better, but 10 is fine.

To be fair, I don't think I've ever had JS break like this with a VPN.
It's possible that they have something in the VPN settings that automatically blocks trackers/ads/malware, which mistakenly blocks PIA as well.
