At this point, it's no secret that technology is going to keep advancing to the extremes in all fields. Pretty soon, people will be getting implants in their brains and whatnot. All sorts of sci-fi stuff is about to become a reality.
 
My question is, where do you draw the line? Where do you, personally, stop and say "this is enough tech for me"?
 
For me:
5g. I'll probably never get a phone that is even hardware-capable of 5g. I don't want that around me. VR/AR. Too disconnected from real life. Unnecessary and intrusive to the mind. That includes smart glasses. Virtual tours like Google Street View is my limit for that type. Network connected home appliances, lighting, surveillance, door locks, etc. I demand full, analog control over that type of stuff, and wouldn't expose things in my home to potential hacking. I won't buy anything like that if it has the hardware for wifi/bluetooth connectivity. I'm all for robotics making my life easier (robot vacuums, lawn mowers, etc), but not if they're connected to the internet. Home assistant speakers and the likes, such as Alexa/Google Home. Implants. I'd have to be out of my damn mind.

No it wouldn't make a noticeable difference and I doubt the AKASA one would be better than your AIO too, but its the best Air alternative that you can get right now. If you think its worth trying it then do it and if you are not satisfied then you can return it if it they accept returns

This is like the same thing as NH-D15 
and also an AIO doesn't necessarily reduce temperatures as you already have 280mm AIO, so an better 360mm AIO wouldn't help

Get Noctua NH-D15 if it fits inside your case. Its much better than getting an AIO cuz air coolers need no maintenance except cleaning the dust, but that's the same as with AIOs. The NH-D15 for me performed about 25% cooler than my Kelvin S36 that I have now

Too bad for me. Backup utility costs money (aka backup HDDs in atomic bomb proof cases) *not rly
And I am a student and asking for that kind of sh*t on Christmas will make me get 1 more pair of black short socks cuz I am 19...

Look at CPU and GPU heatsink and try to run a benchmark or stress test with HWMonitor open to see the temps and to see if it shuts down and at which temperature. If its not a temperature problem, then it can be power supply 

If they are dusty, you can see it visually or you can take a photo of both of them and then post it here if you can't decide if they are dusty  and use HWMonitor to "monitor" the temperatures

Well its not dusty as much that it would overheat so I would say that it might be something else like a power supply or something. But using stock intel heatsink for I7-8700 is not recommened and I myself would take a look at the CPU temps

I wish to inform of the negative experience in which I have just recently received with EA Live support. I contacted them after attempting to install Battlefield 1 left me confused with why it was requesting more space than it should be according to the game's system requirements page.
