Well if your going to be portable and are worried about heat pick a laptop that can cool what you Buy Pretty much have to go intel right now for a lot of cases. There are MANY laptops that cool its components great while keeping the keyboard cool Including I7 and GTX 1070 laptops. like i said just do research before buying this isnt a problem besides on badly designed laptops. Thats not a laptop thats a portable monitor keyboard and a Mini Case lol. Battery is the only thing that helps it be somewhat better then having it all separate. Personally i buy a laptop to use it as a laptop and i think most people do. I want to be able to easily pick it up and move it and or take it with me quickly.

That depends on the laptop not all get the keyboard too hot. Some if designed correctly do not. Yeah DVI works just get a monitor with DVI in the back its pretty common. They also have DVI to HDMI adapters for less then $5 if you really had to

Mirror shows the Same Image on both laptop and second screen Extend option Shows two seperate screens you can use ( This is what your looking for) Projector mode Shows only the Monitor and not the laptop screen ( Goes black) Its very simple just get a monitor that has the same connection as your laptop HDMI is probably what you have

When you goto the display settings you can set it up however you want. You can set it to mirror your laptop screen so both show the same thing. you can set it two dual monitors You can set it to display only on the Monitor only aswell. you can also adjust this quickly by just holding windows key and P

Yeah you can hook a monitor up to the laptop and game on the second screen as long as you have and HDMI or similar on the laptop to hook it up. it would be just like having a desktop with 2 monitors just a little more awkward keyboard placement and or screen size differences.

Yeah its a large List of reasons why Smartphones dont have removable batteries its not just Thinner or thermals but there on the list without a doubt. Along with premium designs Easier to place battery how and where you need it. Cheaper and easier to waterproof and get higher ratings But a tiny one as to why they should of kept them. You Laughed that i believed sony doesnt make money and many other companies dont either but then say you Didnt think they did aswell? Sony as a full blown company does make money but untill the PS4 did amazing they were eating a shit ton of losses in so many parts of there businesses. Yeah i Didnt think it was Hardware much, Sounds software related somethings eating the ram up/ Memory leaking. Pubg Uses like 3-5 Gigs of ram. I typically hover in the low 4s. But i dont have anything besides Discord Steam and PUBG up ussualy have some ram left over but close to full 80% 6gb is where i typically sit while playing. Either way like i said 16GB is preferred and can help especially with multitasking Just not to the degree of locking up 0FPS and 3FPS dips. there is millions of people playing with 8GB just fine i dont know a single person personally since everyone has $1000- builds that plays with 16Ggbs and they all run fine. i even have a friend with a FX 8350 8gb of slow ddr3 ram 970 and he never dips below 60. Sits around 90 FPS after landing

There was a Game Breaking update about 2 weeks ago that made the game Run Garbage ( Cause why test a update...) but they did Pull the update and Backdate everyone though. Going 150FPS to 3fps Sounds like Something else was going on in the PC Network problems Pc problems way too much running ect. 8gb of ram wont cause 3FPS in pubg. But i agree 16GB is ideal its just not required and shouldnt Cause major issues at all. Like i said i did encouter a problem with a crap HDD running the game in the begging and More Ram would of helped that But i had the SSD already so i just moved it over. many people play this with an Okay HDD and 8gb of ram without 3fps though. Game is also very CPU heavy in Spawn or on plane the FPS a lot of times gets bottle necked to the CPU aswell. they Also have shit Servers that produced Lag spikes in the first 6 Minutes.

So What your saying in your comparison they did have the non removable Battery phone be Thinner? you will never be able to actually Apples to apples compare unless your working on the design. Phones are way more complicated then your making them out to be. and if its unnoticeable or not "Doesn't matter" it wont stop people from comparing specs sheets and what manuf can advertise ect. As Upset as you might be People voted with there wallets and kept buying enclosed battery phones. LG was the only Manuf to create a new design that had a removable battery that didnt have to have a plastic flimsy back making the build quality suffer. Guess what the phone flopped. and everyone stopped wanting plastic backed removable phones. Metal & Glass High end feeling is what many wanted. Linus is saying it in the way Knowing Manufs want the most competitive smartphone and a Removable battery smartphone only puts them lower on the list for what just to be able to sell to 0.1% of niche consumers. Making it harder to Compete with the high end looks feels Thickness Waterproofing ect. Buy that garbage? Apple and Samsung make crazy money with phones. But a lot of there competition does not. Shareholders dont always inveset in todays profits. Look at Amazon for year and years it lost money by trying to grow the buisness and not profit. People still invested into them based on what the future profits could hold if sucessful. Same with many other phone companies if HTC Sony LG and many more could sell units like apple or samsung the profits would be great. Sony Lost 550 Million dollars in 2015 and 2016 and only made 91 million in 2017 Pretty sure thats Negative a Billion dollars in the last 3 years and Smartphone sales have declined from them every year. me and all 5 of my friends play PUBG with 8gb of ram and never have trouble maintaining 80+FPS ( My HDD is pulled out of a 2011 laptop so it did load the world a little slow at first but i just installed it onto my SSD) everyone else has it on a 1TB WD Blue and it runs good. If your trying to use chrome with multiple tabs and or any other high Ram consuming program while playing PUBG then yeah more is better. but Just playing pubg Discord Steam and Chrome with 1-3 Tabs Youll be fine. ( Linus also just did a video on this) Ram being something that is so easily upgradable and basically no discount buying 16 over 8 i dont see anything wrong with trying 8gb first if your budget is tight and or Need that money to be able to afford a GPU now Days. 1050TI will do 80ish FPS at Medium 1080p anything above that for PUBG is pretty good.

YEP Everyone is comparing phones with different Motherboards Screen Sizes Internals ect. a 4" and 6 " phone at the same thickness are not the same Internal Size. ECT ECT. also not every single company has the same team designing the phone its made up of different employees and such. the only way to tell a phone Wouldnt be thicker if it had a battery is be on the design team of that specific phone. There typically is 2 Backs and Battery placement will differe due to the Removable part. its likely to be thicker but not guaranteed obviously. Everyone here says they would love the bigger and thicker phones as its not noticeable but almost no smartphone companies make Money. Its a rough Business. They try to compete and beat each others specs and just because you might not care some look at the Thickness spec. Most people also wont notice a difference in day to day tasks of a SD 835 and 845 but that wont stop people from recommending the SD845 phone over the SD835 and 4,6, or 8GB of ram in the phone and many other tiny differences get compared but barley affect 95% of the buyers.

Sold my 1080 I bout for 400 For $720 a few weeks ago. Using a 780TI right now figured ill wait around till next gen ( Also needed the money for other reasons and just saw it as an easy way to get $700 right now haha)

Verizon phones (Unlocked) were Full of Verizon bloatware anyway. Unlocking them could be difficult. I could only be okay if they said after 14 days of use the phone will auto unlock or something.

Your not understanding so many people dont game hard core like You or I. They are fine with just overwatch and LOL and the few other Popular tittles. There is a BIG market of people who dont play anything else but 1 or 2 light popular titles on PC. They are not really spending more by getting this cheap now and then If they like PC gaming in a year or 2 get what ever GPU they want. The CPU side of it Still Good. and maybe they play Games for 2 years then Upgrade theyll be getting a chip that doesnt even exist yet today which would make it not a waste at all. You dont know if its going to be wastefull some might build this with the goal in mind.

Yeah in your opinion. I Have a GTX 1080 But that doesn't mean there is not a market of people who buy pcs to play Lol Over watch CS GO Rainbow 6. Thoese and many other games will run on this. and play the occasional Harder to run title at really low settings for the 1 or 2 of them they try out. There is a market here its just not us.

Its going to be streaming the games so ARM could run COD just like your i3 Ultrabook could aswell with geforce Now. I Actually subscribed for Onlive when it launched i thought it was The future. This was 7 Years ago now. Still just one of thoese things that feel like the future but not good enough today. Internet Needs to Be Blazing Fast otherwise input lag feels pretty bad. and even then it excludes so much. With gaming on the go with laptops and the switch whats the chances you have a 50Mbps 10ms ping wifi availible. And then there college Dorms Hotels Ect all have not good enough Wifi. What about the areas in the US where Internet is slow and has no shot of running this service. One Day i Still think this will be how we game. Just dont see it for a while. Geforce now im on the waiting list to see maybe i can game Not only at home with my desktop. But i havent tried it yet most other services the lag was just too much. Or the Compression of 1080p video is NO where near the quality of native 1080p in the past services.

I havent seen this one but ive seen Comparisons on why games should cost more. Honestly after debating it over the years ive come to the conclusion Games dont need to go up very much at all. Maybe $10. but at the end of the day making a Great game is the only way to make real money. Look at Pubg its $29.99 its Made over 1 Billion in sales or Just a tad under now. They started with a very low budget Cost under 30 Million to launch the game. and have made30x there money in profit ( Yeah they seem like they will spend a good chunk Supporting the game as well though) it was a game at Half Priced at launch. Making a cookie cutter FPS with crap story and eh mutiplayer Might only break even at $60 but id argue its not the price of the game its the Game Quality. Theres a valid argument on both sides of this equation There is WAY more people buying games so the market of possible sales has grown. Game Companies are at VERY healthy profits looking at all AAA quartley profits and stock markets. Computers and Programs have grown exponentially Being much better at making games Way more Employees that are trained in making a game makes the Pay go down compared to years ago Supply Vs Demand Digital distribution no longer needing to make physical Property ( Games could be cheaper digital but MS and Sony keep it MSRP due to not wanting to piss off the people who carry there physical consoles. Day 1 Updates help your ROI since you can ship the game and or Let people play or download it before its even ready to launch Testing for bugs and problems is not as hard because they just ship the game and let everyone else find many and just update it. before they were permanent bugs.
