Hello everyone i have a few questions about cpu upgrades. i'll start buy listing my build: current cpu: amd fx6300 new cpu: amd fx8350 mobo: asus sabertooth 990fx r2.0 gpu: asus strix gtx 970 ram: kingston hyper x fury 1600 c10 2x8 kingston hyper x fury 1600 c10 2x8 ssd (c:drive) samsung 840 evo 120G hhd: 2tb western digital black psu: corsair rm850 80plus gold cpu cooler: corsair h100i os: windows 7 home premium 64bit so first of all i have it all running fine right now with the 6300 and i want to put the 8350 in. im wondering if i can just swap the two chips and be done with it or if theirs more to it? i know a bit about computers enough to build this rig but it was one hell of a learning experience. ive built computers before with friends but this was the first one i put together on my own.
