Hi guys. So my friend has been bugging me about helping him pick out parts for a pc for about a year. Unfortunately I got caught up with school so I've been delayed until now. I've built my own pc and really got into pc building about a year ago but I haven't spent much time on it recently so I decided to come here for help. I happen to have 8gb of RAM which is fine for what he needs. He also has a old pc which we are going to scrap to get the case and then retrofit the case. I have to take a look at the pc myself to see if the case will do but for now I'm leaving a case out of the parts list. My friend created his own parts list and I recently quickly edited it with the knowledge that I have. I came here for people to help me with my friends quest for a pc. What it will be used for: My friend decided that he would like to mainly play open world games such as simcity 5 and something called no mans sky. Knowing him I would have to guess that he will most likely probably get into games such as rocket league and maybe the occasional fps games but these will be mainly played on his console since this is where the rest of our friends play.
