There is a vastly improved build that is cheaper, further things could be improved but I fixed the biggest problems.

Edit: noticed it was a hybrid HDD, you don't need that, changed that too

That PSU is overkill and overpriced.
    Don't get an AMD CPU.
You don't need 16gb of RAM, that money can be invested better elsewhere, like towards a 4690k

On full load it won't even consume more than 500 watts. So there is definitly enough room for overclocking and water cooling.

Are budget builders overclocking that much? I mean it would be cool but I think it is fine now.

Not really. There is technically almost always bottleneck, but there won't be anything major. There is nowhere near a good reason to upgrade your cpu with that setup. You will still be perfectly fine with those, without any problems.

No, just look at any small thin laptop that will surely have more ports, do just as good a job and be cheaper. might be a smidge larger...but hardly anythign note worthy.

single 980 most definitely. when you want to go 4K you can buy another and 2 or 3way SLI them.
two 970's arn't really going to cut it for 4K i'm afraid!

Single 980 all day every day. It will preform well and you won't have to deal with SLI.

With wall mounted PC's gaining more popularity, I think they should do a build guide for a custom wall mounted PC. Including watercooling, and LED lighting.
Youtubers such as JerryRigs', and Recoilproduction do videos about their rigs, but have never done a tutorial. What would be hilarious? A budget, ghetto build guide. A cardboard backing, with zipties holding up the components.

pretty much follow most theno post guide. Take everything you don't need out. Test memory with memtest86. Check temps, reset cmos. Check storage. Virus scan. 1 ram stick at a time if you get errors.
