Texas, central heat A/C . all electric. 4000 sqf.2 story. $320 month to heat $250 to cool. Temps stay at 72 f. House was built with triple payne windows, 2 feet of attic insulation , radiant barrier, 3/4 inch drywall. Spray insulation. Solid mahogany front door with storm door.

PREACH!!!!!! Went with the gigabyte 48 oled. Wanted the alienware ultrawide oled as I had a sammy g5 ultrawide. Seeing it in person next to a 48 inch panel made me go with the gigabyte.

What is a good video editing software that is not on a monthly subscription plan? Last one I used/own was pinnacle 11, but it isn't compatible with win11 although it gives me a upgrade option to the latest version for $69 use.

ATT fiber 2 gig. Out of the stoneage with this 50gb speed crap. At least they provide a wifi 6 router now, all I need is a 2ghz 8port switch, wifi 6 mesh and 2 wifi 6 adapters or cards. COSTCO here I come.
