It won't turn on. And I've tried multiple power supplies and you can just see the light not a full light on the motherboard. I've taken out the gpu but nothing nothing turns on.

Specs are i3 4360, asus GTX 750 ti, and a 500w Silverstone strider and 8GB ares ram

Yeah I do have a Western Digital Black 4TB but Im using it on my computer but it says 2TB on 1 drive and like it doesn't display like 4TB or 3.5TB just 2TB Available and it says 4TB Hard Drive.
