Generally speaking, you would want a Black if you're gonna use it as a boot drive, as well as for gaming.
And Blue for saving non-frequent files like videos, image (basically storage).
 
However, the price difference isn't that much and most people would suggest to get the Black over the Blue because of performance concerns.
The Blue features this power-saving thingy that may or may not be reliable.
 
GENERALLY SPEAKING.
Black: 7200RPM + 64MB Cache(bigger is better), but may present more noise, heat, and power consumption. emphasis on the may
Blue: 5400-7200RPM + 16-32MB Cache (depends on capacity)
 
I'd suggest the blacks over the blues.
Also I'll only be using it as a storage drive (I already have an SSD as boot and programs drive, already have sacrificial 2.5"s for downloads and torrents)
Example: 6TB Blue = 4TB Black in price.

Not necessarily. The other drives are still in production, and it's the plain Black drives that have the higher cache.

for gaming:
CPU: judging based on price, 7/10, could've gone i3 6100 for better performance and dat ddr4, but not a bad pick either, just not the best
GPU: 5/10, should've just saved more money and buy a better one, but not everyone have this option so....
RAM: 3/10, too much ram, could've allocated the budget elsewhere, but better than too little ram
HDD: 8/10 personal thing, not for me to judge, and SSD is not recommended in low budget system so i guess i could give you some points for not having an ssd and a decent HDD for the rig
PSU: model not known, cant judge, but wattage is fine

Any reason you need the sound card? Motherboards have built in sound. 
An i7 6700k isn't much more expensive.
Dominators are overpriced and have no performance benefit, use the money saved on cheaper ram to get a 6700k.

Actually gaming on iOS is better than android in my opinion, with really good mobile ports of games, and a really really strong gaming scene

It will probably still work with that CPU in it. If you can get to the BIOS, you can do an update from there. It might connect to the internet itself to update it, otherwise you can download the update on to a flash drive from another computer. 

Keep tapping 'DEL' and 'F2' while the computer is starting up. It should go straight in.

I think these are good, but I think that there is some other things that should replace some of these.
Agree is fine, keep it
Informational is like a mix between Good Point and Helpful. I think that Good Point and Informational should be replaced with "Helpful Information", or just keep informational and rename Good Point, "Helpful".
Funny is fine
I don't think friendly is a great option to use, I would get rid of it
Lastly, these buttons should be on the same line as the Quote, sharing, and report buttons to make this more streamlined.

Even then, you are too late to get into BitCoin mining. I think something like an R9 290x used to make 2 cents a day a couple of months ago. And that is not counting hardware costs and the like. And the difficulty to mine it only increases over time.

Steal one. Then it's free. 

Putting your SSD into "RAID" mode without using any RAID arrays will provide absolutely, literally, ZERO benefits over AHCI. It's literally just running in AHCI mode. Anyone who told you there was a performance boost was lying or misinformed.

so.. that sounded like a really good idea except the selling the gaming pc part.
why? that'll be a perfectly good box to learn coding, and who says you wont find yourself to enjoy modding games?
 
theres actually a lot of game modders that turn towards creating their own game.
