I have been having a lot of problems with Manjaro.
Could I suggest you give Pop OS a try? It is made by System 76 and it comes with graphics drivers pre-loaded. They have excellent tutorials on their site too.
Especially if you are not familiar with Linux then I'd recommend it. It is based on Ubuntu and is made for gaming.
On the other hand, the most OSX looking Linux distro is Elementary OS, install this right off the bat if you don't have a dedicated graphics card, but if you do have one then stick to Pop/Manjaro as these have more current graphics drivers. Or even better try both. These distros can be easily booted off of a live USB drive and be test driven.
If you wanna install Manjaro/Pop, but want it to look like Elementary OS then buckle up and follow the Arch wiki to install Pantheon (Elementary OS's DE, please google this acronym as it is fairly complicated to explain what's a DE).
