  1. Surprised that the Antec 1100 does so well. http://www.anandtech.com/show/5730/antec-eleven-hundred-the-p280s-gloves-come-off/6
  2. I think the 760T has served me well for air flow. But if you are set on the smaller ATX case design, check out the Fractal Design Define R4. I have heard really good things about that case. I also like the somewhat plain design. I would also check out the Thermaltake A41.
  3. That could be September or even later. I'd say get a good 970 and OC it or get a 980 and call it a day.
  4. I have been seeing 280(vanilla) and 285's for 180.00usd. If I were to buy a new card for under $200 I would get one of those.
  5. The g1 I have breaks 1500/8000 without any voltage bump. I got it for $539 dollars since frys price matched newegg. I think they pricematched the regular windforce though since they looked the same. In other words the G1 is a friggin beast. I would pay the difference in a heartbeat. I'm not a huge spender either.
  6. This is going to sound crazy, but try installing the 13.12 drivers if you have the time. It was the only stable driver for the 290x i had. That card may have just been a big hot mess though.
  7. That is a very good 290X. I had an ASUS DCII OC model and it was crap. RMA'd 5 times. Could have been coincidence but the ASUS 290X is very bad in my experience. The windforce 290X cards have high praise. Jump on that. Don't even think about the 960!
  8. I had that board with a 6350@4.6ghz. I put a small fan near the VRM's and behind the mobo panel vright behind where the VRM's are. It did help quite a bit. It was more than a year ago so I can't remember the numbers. Just some food for thought.
  9. Core Parking? AMD hotfixes? (not sure if the hot fixes even really apply anymore)
