So I have this old-ish PC with just nothing more than ok performance... But I'm always having some issues, and they're becoming more frequent... For example my Power Supply's fan started to make noise, like he's scretching edges while fan is rotating... It's awfully annoying but I'm afraid of opening the box and smuggling around in it... Second was when I bought Hyper 212 EVO; when I was about to put the fan on the radiator and I realized it overlaps RAM module... It actually sits on RAM.. I somehow managed it to work but I don't know how bad can be flexing RAM module on side? I have Micro ATX (or is it Mini??) motherboard and everything is so crowdy on it... It bugs me too.. I was thinking to actually just upgrade my motherboard first??? Just to get cooler of the RAM module.
Also my HDD seems very slow, test show he's OK but when I open task manager he's at 90%+
And lastly, my specs aren't so new so...Help me how to proceed with upgrades? My specs are :
