I have a AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT

My WIFI during discord calls and playing games would freeze for like 3-4 seconds then go back to normal. Some days when I turn on the PC this would never happen so it'll happen on random days. What is the issue? My windows is updated, but I think since the router is upstairs of my house it won't be that good. Should I restart the router? Please help. Thank You
