RMA wise they're all pretty much the same. Most offer Advanced RMA which is awesome! They basically charge you for the new RAM, ship it to you right away and when you return your broken RAM they refund what they charged on your card. Much much better then having to send your broken RAM in wait for them to receive it and try it and then ship out new RAM.

Just because google says the logins are coming from Russia doesn't mean they actually are. I use a VPN when I'm logging into other's gmail accounts and it shows as Canada. I would strongly suggest changing your reset questions/answers.

It's more where the holes in the motherboard to secure it are then the size.
