That one is from Germany, It will require german sockets and it comes with a german version of windows

The pc that I have now is a worse one than I linked and it runs all of those games, Arma on 30 fps

I would get one of those 3 you linked but I don't want to pay an extra £70 on buying windows 7 so I tried to look for a bundle with windows

Specific settings like graphics no others only settings that restart my game

I'm on pc and I monitor with core temp, It gets to 83 Celsius and then doesn't rise after then

I believe you need to be logged into rockstar social club to be able to get onto the actual game even if it is on steam

When I change my graphics settings then it goes to restart but when it tries to restart my pc shuts down

So in game im limited to 30 fps because it never goes above 30 fps all the time it is on 30 fps no drops

On the settings menu it feels like my mouse is delayed when I move it, is that how it is meant to be?

Because it doesn't allow me to make them high, I just want to test to see if they will run on high
