    Hello, My friend is in school for architecture desgin and wants to build a workstation PC for his rendering projects. He's told me he uses these programs Autocad Revit 3DS MAX photoshop Illustrator Lightroom Preimere pro Google sketchup Rhino Lumion Vray Podium Blender Luxrender Powerpoint Excel Word I've build many gaming PCs but never any workstation PCs no I'm not sure what would be best for what he's doing. His price range is $2-3k CAD. What would be the best build? Thank you everyone

    wow man thank you! Windows now sees all 5 cards.... but my miner crashes now lol

    I was just think I could maybe over power the cards, because they're already being powered by the molex cable through the riser.

    ok I will give that a try now. Does this have any risk on frying anything?

    I do not have the molexplugs powered on the motherboard. Also, all 5 of the GPU's have the fans running on them but windows only sees 4

    Yes I have swapped the PCI slots and alld GPUs and PCI slots are working

    Hey guys, So I started running a miner I built a few days ago. My motherboard is a Biostar TB85 and I have 5 MSI 470s. I running this miner on windows 10. I have all 5 GPU's running on usb gpu risers but windows only detects 4/5 cards. I've tried re installing the GPU's and when I connect the last GPU windows dosesnt recognize the last GPU. Does anyone know what could be wrong?
