I actually agree with this above post, even after watching the comparisons in 4k.
 
Additional notes:
I literally cringed harder when I see this.
That screenshot perfectly shows how mCable Gaming Edition processes: it just interpolates the image, sharpens the image to a degree that I consider unacceptable, slightly saturates the colours, and increases the contrast to the point that it does crush blacks too much. It does not look like "anti aliasing" to me.
Honestly it just looks more horrible using mCable GE than just straight-up HDMI cable.
 
I encourage you to just save $150 for a better-performing graphics card than just wasting it on a cable that processes the image to crap levels.

Buying the 144hz without a proper GPU that will be able to run the games at 1440P 144hz is a waste. However if you do upgrade your GPU (Not sure what you have now) I'd go for the 144hz, especially if you play FPS games.

Get some kind of a job then. Mow someones lawn, paint their house.. I'm saying that neither your current GPU or planned upgrade will do you any good in the long run. And I'm saying all this without knowing your economic situation. As I previously stated its not worth it in my opinion. How you decide to take my recommendation into consideration is entirely up to you. Or you could always choose not to listen to be. I am only saying what I would have done in your situation.

All case fans can be controller. Matter of how depends much on mobos support for controlling. CPU fans actually fall under case fans since they use same methods. Difference being that CPU fans almost always are PWM capable and also have by default some sort of curve to follow. Cooler brands don't make software for controlling CPU fans. AIOs with USB being exception (Link already mentioned earlier).

I'm with @Anand_Geforce on this one. In your computer there is a lot going on, like vibration from fans and small electrical signals going left and right and here and there. These electrical signals can often manifest themselves in form of static interference, electric interference or whatever you like to call it then can he heard in your headphones. I suspect you are running off your onboard audio (Audio solution on your motherboard) most motherboards with some exceptions have onboard audio very susceptible to this kind of interference seeing as its on your motherboard and everything going on on your PC will at some point go through your motherboard and something interfere with the onboard audio solution manifesting itself ultimately in you headphones. Its quite normal. Looking into a cheap sound card either in an expansion slot on your motherboard (This does not count as onboard and will normally not be as susceptible to interference., however depending on the brand and quality I won't rule it out) there is also USB sounds card for cheap that you could try. I'd just to be sure though, reset your sound setting to default and make sure there is no kind of boost on anything.

For me personally, I wouldn't be with someone who smoked/took drugs of any kind because I know what sort of people (in my area) smoke weed and they're mostly scumbags and I wouldn't want my girlfriend to be with those sort of people.
