The last Gigabyte board I had (X470 Ultra Gaming) required me to use @bios to update the Bioses, first the main bios and the second one after that.

Your system currently pulls 275W. the absolute minimum I'd say is a 400W PSU, which might last 18 months. But the more headroom you pay for, the longer it will last.
I'd recommend picking a price you are willing to pay, then find something that is tier B or better at that price and buy that.

The marginal cost for wattage (at least in the US) isn't high. Like, a good 500W might run 100USD, but an 850 is 130USD. If you're already going to buy quality, the extra quantity hurts very little.
Also, the rumblings are that NV's 4000 series are gonna take another significant hike in power draw

seasonic focus gold plus 850 will be enough PSU for the entire 7 year warranty

Also, you need to repaste your CPU, the TIM is completely dried out.

i think the i5 is a great idea. save up your money after that to get a rx 480 4gb or 8gb model.

you should be fine after that! (although if you can get skylake, i obviously recommend that more than haswell refresh, but they perform around the same)

OH, and get rid of the psu soon, unless it is a toughpower fully modular version, TT isnt known for having good psu's

RX 470 and if you can maybe a i3 or i5? (FX-4100 kinda have a reputation for being the worst CPU AMD made...)

Although my normal response would be to upgrade the GPU, any GPU you buy will be heavily bottlenecked. It would depend of your budget really. But I cant find any good budget GPU that would be significantly better than the R9 270, so I am going to say CPU.

Some 750ti models don't even have a 6pin power connector, so yes the PSU will be ample.

Yes, your power supply will be fine. Just don't go crazy with a 290x or something.

It's not the best PSU in the world, and it'll be perfectly fine for your rig as it is but whether it's enough for a new GPU depends on what GPU you're getting. If the 750Ti is what you're upgrading to then yes it will be enough @Darthiss

I'd go for the MSI. A R7 265 or R9 270 are more powerful than the 750ti but depending on the price difference in Argentina they might be really expensive in comparison.

well your PSU should support most high end GPUs, but you have the same CPU as me but you have yours OC higher than mine, so you probably will not experience as much bottleneck as me, but anyway i want to get a GTX 970, the bottlleneck will be there but as soon as possible i will get new mobo that supports intel and probably get an i5 CPU, i am not sure what CPU will stop my bottleneck but i know a i5 will for sure, however i just do not know if my PSU could support an i5 and a GTX 970, that is my problem, i can deal with the bottleneck for as long as i have to but, i think all in all i am going to have to upgrade quite a lot, and you will probably encounter the same issues as me.

I'd upgrade that mobo and cpu before even considering a new GPU. Complete waste of money otherwise.

Go intel, they may be expensive, but that's only because they're relevant and not obsolete.

You would get more fps upgrading that cpu and mobo and using integrated graphics than buying a 960
