First semester exam results (so far) :

 

Class 1P:

paper - 42/90 (worth 15% of final grade for this class) 

Lab exam - 14/20 (10% of final grade) 1P semester 1 overall - 14/25, just a tick off my 60% aim :(

 

Class 1S:

Info management class work - 21/22 (worth 8% of final grade of class) 

HCI class work - 20/22 (8% of final grade of class) 

Overall grade - 50-53% (C3) 

Paper - f*cked it. 

 

Japanese class (irrelevant to my course):

Aural test 1 - 21/22 (10% of final grade for class) 

Aural 2 - 19/22 (10%)

Assessed HW 1 - 19/22 (10%)

Assessed HW 2 - 17/22 (10%)

Final grade - D1 

Paper - roughly 25% (60% of final grade) 

 

Average GPA so far: 13/22...

 

Well looks like i did fine in course work shizzle but f*cked, and I really do mean f*cked those three papers...

How did I even f*ck them that bad? 

 

On the brightside, my maths and electronics results can easily bring my average back upto 60% as they are worth 2/3rds of my first semester credits.

    I feel ya. Pretty sure I fucked both Maths for Engineering and Field and Device. Math and Physics aren't my thing. Can't stand exams.

     

    Kinda need them tho because Engineering field. Went from getting 0 marks in F&D to 2 marks. So I'd be lit if I can break through and hit double digits. Could barely pass Maths. Digital Electronics is high 60% I think.

    HCI is quite difficult. Especially the exam part. I will confess I didn't do great on my HCI end of year exam last year. Thankfully my HCI coursework saved me.

    @AluminiumTech Lets be honest, its just a bunch of common sense however, they want you to answer the question in such a specific way that you kinda have to memorise how they want you to answer it. 

     

    @DildorTheDecent  Unfortunately I fucked electronics (digital and analogue) as well :/. 

    Again, all the coursework were As but screwed the damn paper. Like the course-work counted for 20% of the final grade and I got 18 out of those 20. However, I ended up with a D1, meaning out of 80 for the paper, I got less than less than 32 (<40%). 

     

    Looks like no more winging from me. Considering winging all my exams in high school ended with these results:

    National 5s: AAAAAABB

    Higher: AAABB

    Advanced highers (equivalent to first year uni): ABB (both Bs were <2% off an A)

     

    Spent me last 6 years in high school doing nothing at all sooooo.....welp?

    @Mr.Meerkat On mine there was also a question asking for a drawing of something and an explanation of features in the drawing. Idek.
