Because dust never lands in the holes and onto the motherboard. It must have been pixies. I have a 240 rad, any dust thst lands on the offset part, drops into tje case, whether the fans are on or off

The issue with this is that the meshed area when you take the Moduvents off is about 160-180, not 120/140 so you need a non-standard sized filter. 
 
@ OP I used my old Corsair 750D's top mesh. It's magnetic (so it sticks to the case) and fits perfectly. Although I just left My H105 in the front, a 140 fan at the bottom, back and front for the main air intake/exhausts.+

i bought a pair of sunglasses in the US once...customs then proceded to slap 140 euros onto the cost...anything shipped via FedExx and US Post gets checked. UPS and DHL tend to get a few things in without the added tax, but that depends on size and declared cost of the parcel

So, i dont get it. I was happy with my 980s, i am happy with my 980 ti's. Am i supposed to suddenly be unhappy with them? I mean, its very nice he fury x can beat these, yay for competition, but reading this i feel like some people think us ti owners are giant losers all of a sudden. Cant i just like my stuff and you like yours?

foam is super cheap so thats as a easy fix if thats the case with this case...

Thank you for the suggestions. So far the Core X9 looks like my best option. I just hope it wont get too noisy sitting up on my desk.
