I have two Titan X's and a gpu clocked at 1400mhz on boost, and memory is at 6% overclock but dont remember the mhz, am on my phone atm. Have you flashed the custom bios that unlocks higher voltage and power limits?
Mine run stable at 1400mhz 120% power limit but hit thermal throttling now. I have aggressive fan profile and 100% fan speed at 70 degrees and they still thermal throttle down to 1000mhz :-(
And no.matter what I.do they wont go past 1400mhz :'(

Thanks for the ideas, the full custom water cooling is not a route i want to go down atm it really is more work than I want right now, ill have a look at the kraken AIO option, thanks.
For info my case is a Cosmos 2 with custom side window. It has good airflow, around 7 intake fans and 4-6 exhaust if you include the fpu fans...
Loving these titan x's though And playing Ryse son of rome with max settings at 2560x1440 I get 50 fps. LOL, does looks incredible though
