  1. Yeah, I understand the idiocy in my question completely. Just wanted to check if there are things about the recovery process on emails that I was missing out in case it could help. Thanks anyways!
  2. I know, this is extremely idiotic of me to ask. I need to help a friend out with the situation and it matters alot They know the google account email and passwords but have lost the SIM that is associated with the 2FA on the account. No email is set up for a backup and when following up with the relevant options on googles recovery page, we are led to this. I am fairly certain that any other details associated with the account are also known but just can't seem to make any use of them in recovery. No backup codes have been set for this email either (yes I know). Is there any way I can make use of any of the other details on this account or haggle my way through?
  3. Thanks for the reassurance, man! That's just the way imma go from here.
  4. Alright, so what I'm gathering from this is that I have to go used and get a business grade laptop from a reputable seller or refurbished if I can find.
  5. Yeah, that's seeming to be the best option right now. I live in the UAE, Dubai (United Arab Emirates). Thanks very much for helping out!
  6. Thanks a lot! I'll see what I can get.
  7. Should I really go used? I am quite reluctant. Is it okay to go that route with laptops, because I don't want to have to run around for repairs and fixes for OS issues and Drive or Display failure.
  8. So, I am a student about to enter my first year in computer science! I'm kind of on a budget with my laptop choices, after putting upgrades into my PC. Not at all experienced with laptops and the number of options in every price point, confuses the $H!T out of me. I own a gaming PC, I just want something portable that I can take around with me and get my work done without problems. $350-400 is where I'm at, Help me outtt please! Thanks in advance!
  9. I used your suggestion to connect a different pair of headphones with different than 4 poles, these went perfectly in with better and more appropriate mic output. I'll be sure to contact you if i ever need help regarding Audio devices, you seem to know alot!
  10. Oh thanx very much for that! I didn't know a lot of that about headphones, this helps a lot in so many ways! Your reply is very much appreciated SIR! Honestly I had no idea that my earbuds were even capable of mic output
  11. So I connected a pair of headphones to my computer to use as only a mic input. I don't have a port which allows me to use both mic and headphones at the same port, thus I connected my MAIN pair as my headphones input, and some other headphones lying around as a mic input. Problem is that when I connected these, "Some other pair of headphones" as a mic, the mic is within the earbud part, and not in the little controller part down below...this gives me significantly less audio output from the mic. When I connect these to another computer or PS4 the mic audio isn't taken from the earbud part. HOW CAN I FIX THIS! Or is it even a thing to fix? My System Spec: CPU- Intel Pentium G3258 4.0 GHz Overclocked GPU- Nvidia Geforce GTX 960 MSI Gaming 2G HDD- 2TB WD RAM- 8GB Corsair Vengeance Motherboard- ASUS H81M-C
  12. Ok so i noticed that my CPU was running on 0.23 GHz for some reason, after a reboot where i attempted to run the BIOS i got an error stating "High CPU Temprature". I opened up my case and saw my CPU fan not properly connected from one side making it hover over the CPU rather than connect with the top. I managaed to fix this and the next restart was faster than evern and everything went back to normal. Thanx to everybody who replied and tried to help out tho!
  13. That might be the case but i did do a complete re-install i think it should be ok by now.if all else fails i will try this. Thanx for the suggestion!
  14. Thanx for this suggestion i do think my HDD is the problem but i will have to check.
  15. Another OS? Windows 10 has never done this before. I don't think i can shift OSs completely, it will change alot more than just fixing this issue.
