Been a while since I last posted one of these, so here ya go guys ?

New tings. Got a mixer for myself for stereo mixing/mastering and an AD/DA interface, 7 studio monitors (for surround mastering/mixing), and of course the controller for them.
 
Now I just need to find speaker stands that can support a speaker that weighs 160 LBS.
 

 

So I've made up my mind. Given the small room dimensions (my room is 10' x 12', and is a bedroom with all the typical bed furnishings, along with my computer), I'll be going with the ADAM Audio T5V monitors, and eventually add in the T10S subwoofer, since studio monitors can only go so low in terms of low-frequency response. I won't be purchasing them right away. I'll be sitting on it, contemplating the purchase decision.
 
Setup will involve the rearrangement of the room to make way for the monitors to be properly set up and dialed in.
 
I really like the ADAM Audio studio monitors; the clarity and punch they offer I feel is better than other competing offerings, like the Yamaha HS line of monitors, which to me, sound dull.

Our phone & internet companies do more tracking .The car thing is an addition to that.  Can we blame just the cars for keeping a log on things? we are already in that system of surveillance.  But this one can be put to a bit more scrutiny since this would be abused by some 3rd party if given chance.

Here are some of the first pictures of the Frost Spirit by Thermalright, the company's next flagship air CPU cooler. Featuring a dual fin-stack design, the Frost Spirit features dense fin-stacks, in which the fins bunch up toward the center, creating turbulence and increasing heat-dissipation to the medium (air-flow). The fin-stack gets slimmer toward the base, adding clearance for your motherboard's memory and CPU VRM areas. Four 8 mm-thick nickel-plated copper heat pipes pull heat from the mirror-finish nickel-plated copper base, spreading it across the fin-stacks. Both stacks are capped off by metal top-plates. Up to three 140 mm fans can be mounted. The heatsink weighs 1 kg on its own (without fans). Among the CPU socket types supported are AM4, LGA115x, and LGA2066. It could see a product launch soon.
