    5820k is x99 which supports ddr4 and has 6 cores instead of the 4 in the 6700k

    Ya i'm hoping to be able to pick up the mastercase 5 and that same 950 PRO by the end of the month but i have a server and router to get parts for so i'm not sure if i can get them this month. So out of curiosity why do you need 128GB of ram?

    The funny thing is is that i don't have a gpu for it yet so i puled my old 550ti out to see if it would post which it did but i just laugh at the thought that the only way i had to test modern hardware was to use a 5 year old gpu.

    Ironically my work in process build is running 128GB of ram.

    unless you plan on doing quad sli or three way sli plus NVME you shouldn't need the 5930k. The only difference between it and the 5820k is more PCIE lanes plus a slight clock speed boost. Edit: Why do you need 128gb of ram

    Ya im working on a new build that will have a 5960x, Asrock ws/e-10g, 128GB Ram,H110i gt, 950 pro 512gb,850 250 gb,850 500gb,ax1500i, Im still undecided case wise what to get and for gpus im thinking of grabing my old 550ti and using that till i part out my old system. might just leave it in there until pascal comes out just for the lols.

    Lol ya when i bought a kit of it i was concerned it was the wrong price but since it was sold by Newegg i thought i would get it anyways.

    Ya when i ordered a hard drive from Newegg it came in a hard drive size box. no padding at all.
