Holy shit man. I love this build. 

I would suggest this laptop. ASUS ZenBook UX430UA-DH74. It has a Quad core, 16GB of RAM and it has 512BGB M.2 drive. It is 1047 US dollars and it is light weight and it small. 

How do you like the MX master?

When Im playing games. I can use Spotify on it and not hear anything but as soon as i play a game it goes crazy
 
And for the Get a PC i am saving up for one and hopefully when Black Friday comes I will have enough for it

i think snipers are pretty loud when they fire their gun

iBuypower has better balanced systems and fairly reasonable prices with systems you can configure to suit your own specific performance and budget needs. These systems featured on Tom's seem to be boutique brands with fancy expensive cases, lights and crap. With these, you may be getting a well-made system, but the performance does not match the cost, not even close. 
 
Oh how I would love to start up my own no-frills pre-built PC business. Actually been thinking about this a lot lately...

Wow, a $2300 system with a GTX 750 Ti and an $1800 system with a GTX 750? The author of this article should be shot.

Ok for me I would say that the Digital storm bolt is a pretty nice computer, throw a SSD in there and you are ready to go. But other than that I dont see why the "Best High-end gaming pc" is on there i mean yeah it has the i7 5820k but the graphics card just doesnt match IMO. I hope this was a troll cause if not then thats the last time im going to listen to that site.

The 7xx series is a pretty nice series and if you get a 780Ti for below 300$ MAYBE you're getting a good deal out of it but, the 9xx series is a much, MUCH better series of cards.

They're good cards, but you should get newer models if gaming (but don't have to.) A lot of those people may have built their builds earlier and then submitted now, or got good deals though.

Now that I'm done laughing, those are still pretty good.
But often they are discontinued and cost just as much (or slightly less) than the GPU's that come after that.

Im not laughing! Not NOOB at all! They are still good card (780ti) but in a year or so they will start to struggle, people still use them for cuda acceleration and gaming
