Follow the devils canyon overclocking guide on the LTT youtube channel.  Auto OC's typically push more voltage than necessary through your chip.

Over clock manually, plenty of guides out there and even I could do it.

I think it's all good, since the store did run some tests and say it was unusually hot. I had completely forgotten about the deal I got when I got the card, which said I can get a replacement for the first month of a malfunctioning part. I'm getting the part delivered tomorrow!

an ASIC is hardware programmed to process a specific task, which is why an asic the size of a GPU can do something like mine thousands of times faster than your whimsical 780ti or whatever youve got

Do you have your OS up to date with all the latest microsoft updates through windows update? You will need to if you haven't.

I'm running the updater now, I'll see how that goes. 
 
The issue is, I don't even see the upgrader.

The fans that come with it are NZXT FN v2's, 3 120's and 1 140 at the back, they are actually really good for stock case fans, some of the best. They are quite enough and cool really well. 
 
However I did literally just today change out all my case fans for some NF-F12's and a SIlent Wing 2 140mm, BUT that is only because I fold and use boinc throughout the night and I sleep in the same room as my PC, so at night it was getting annoying having everything running at max (100% CPU and GPU usage) and the fans spinning high because of that. But during the day, during gaming, it was fine, could barely hear them over the sound of the game, and with headphones on you don't even know they are there.

If I had to complain about something it would just be that when you 1st install the PSU it's hard to install it then plug things in due to the shroud, but there is an easy work around for that, just make sure you plug everything in to your PSU 1st, thread it through the back then mount it, it'll save you a lot of hassle aha 

I like how the Noctis looks more than the H440, anyway. Sounds good! I'm probably settling on it. 

Yes, the airflow is more open, at least in the front.

Denting the sound dampening foam isn't a big issue as you likely won't see the dented foam. The Noctia is the H440 without the foam (I think) and with a different exterior design.

Hey Arvizal,   You should be OK with the stock ones. The space on the top can be used if you use a liquid aftermarket CPU cooler that has one or more fans that need to be mounted somewhere. I'd suggest first try your PC, monitor the temps and if they are higher than you'd like them to be - get one or more fans.     The CPU and the motherboard enable you to OC the CPU so you can do that with an aftermarket cooler.    WD Blue is a great drive for everyday computing. If you are doing some more demanding things, I'd suggest to either throw in a SSD or swap the WD Blue with a WD Black drive. I've found that the stock are fine. Though I replaced the back 140 with a Noctua.

What about Corsair 750D? 

Exactly why I'm gonna get rid of the drive and maybe add / swap a fan in the H440, assuming I get one.

Look. It's your PC. Make it how you want it. Not how I think, he thinks, or they think it should look! You'll have no compatibility issues with any of these cases, so it's all up to you and your final say-so at this point!

As for a completely blue case? I don't think so. Not in this price range at least. You might have to look into something like a Phantom from NZXT, but those are closer to $120.
