I know in my case I ordered because I felt a replacement backpack would be useful for a trip I was going on at the beginning of October and the initial date for shipping meant that there would be about a week of wiggle room for delays. While the main delay is in no way their fault, I could see for a lot of people who ordered it for similar reasons who get annoyed when they might get the label and have there been no order update from UPS, Canada Post, or another service with them seemingly not receiving them. When people who explicitly ordered in a later wave of shipments have received their backpacks.

Well first off... Because I wanted a bag asap... Not in 6 months from now.

Second, while my feedback might seem unwarranted to you. IMO, it's better people like me and other loyal LTT viewers keep Linus, Nick and team honest about their business practices than average viewers that would likely just do a chargeback or leave negative reviews and trash the company when things go wrong. Feedback from the community is a great way for them to know the areas where they need to improve. It's obvious that they are seeing some extreme growing pains and need to make improvements multiple parts of the fulfilment process. The fact that it's been 7 days since my order shipped and there is still no update to my tracking info is pretty bad. Maybe they should consider a different service?

Because, although the delay was in no way the fault of LMG, we ordered expecting shipping by the 20th of last month, knowing port delays could cause issues, then we got an update the 18th of last month saying wave two bags would be used to fulfill wave one if possible then move on to two, and they would be sent out the beginning of oct. Very few of us are upset about the delays, other than the labels being printed seemingly a week plus before they ship, understandable to get ready, a lot of us would have just liked another update or two, without having to scoure forums, Twitter, or a 2 hour long wan show, where they don’t always have anything to say about them, especially given the cost. Nick gave us an update finally a few days ago and I appreciate it, I’m sure a lot do, and even said they are learning about better communication and other things. And it’s a lot different being in wave 2 and getting a notification 10 days late, it was pretty much a month late for a lot of wave 1, and a month since the first update.

Yeah NGL if wave 2 is shipping out before wave 1 I'm probably gonna request a refund. I was hopeful it would arrive for a trip I had at the beginning of October wasn't counting on it but hopeful, have another trip at the end of October and multiple trips through the end of the year. I was ok with toughing it out for a while but this lack of communication and feeling like wave 1 peeps are getting shafted is getting old. It was already disheartening when part of wave 1 shipped and the rest of wave 1 had to wait for another shipment, now possibly wave 2 is going out before the rest of wave 1???

I will say from what I can see I don't like his personality and attitude. I feel like he does have a big ego and that he wants the spotlight on him. One bit of evidence, I didn't go back and find the specific wan shows but he has mentioned how he is vegetarian/vegan cant remember which like its some badge of honor then sat there during a wan show and was like whatever I'll eat the jerky. I feel like Linus has earned the right to have a bit of an ego because he built the damn channel. Luke has the right but it never really shows to me, I feel its very rare for him to get on a soap box. I just don't like James and I'm not gonna be afraid to say it. With the talk lately about Linus stepping back and being on camera less I feel its our right as viewers to voice our opinions her on who we wanna watch and also through our views. I just don't watch videos where James hosts, and if hes a guest on the wan show I give it a thumbs down to show my disapproval. If hes really being annoying on the wan show I will also just stop watching.

Honestly, these two guys are killing my, and many others, enjoyment of LTT.

Riley knows nothing about tech. He demonstrates this again and again with his apperances on the main channel. He knows absolutely nothing about PCs, and I've no idea what he is supposed to add to the channel, other than being really irritating. He's not funny. He doesn't know what he's talking about. So why did you hire him? Oh yeah, nepitism. Brilliant.

James is just a child. I mean what he is 35? And he acts like he's 15. It's utterly pathetic. HE is utterly pathetic The guy is just an irritating little sh*t, whom ruins every single video he is involved with. The guy is an utter embarrassment to the channel.

Whomever is in charge of new hires, needs to to take a serious look at themselves, because they are failing massively.

I think there more worried about selling the newest, latest and greatest iPhone of the year to 13 year old girls. They haven't focused on pro users for years. Razer, MSI, Asus, etc can update there laptop lineups every year with the latest and greatest why can't Apple? To worried about being thin and light I guess. The Mac pro is a joke.

I started with an Athlon 64 when I was like 10, and loved that computer. Eventually got a Phenom X4, then the Phenom II X6 1100T, and now I'm on a 6300.
I will always use and support AMD, no matter "how far behind" they are.
