    6/2(2+1)

I'm sure some of you have probably seen this question 6/2(2+1) I was in an argument on twitter with people saying the answer was nine when it has to be 1 because in equation you always solve the bracket and the number attached to bracket meaning it can't be nine because if you turned 6 into X to naturally solve X you would do 9/2(2+1)= X but you can't get 6 meaning it's incorrect. I strongly believe the answer is 1 but I want to understand why people think it's 9 or if I'm actually incorrect(which I don't think I am)
  2. Same one I recommended it's good just not a lot of upgrade headroom
  3. Probably the best you're gonna get is http://www.scan.co.uk/products/520w-antec-high-current-gamer-hybrid-modular-80plus-bronze-135mm-quiet-fan-atx-psu http://www.scan.co.uk/products/550w-evga-supernova-gs-psu-fully-modular-80plus-gold-45a-single-rail-sli-crossfirex-support-whisper- Unless you're willing to sacrifice modularity
  4. What are you on about? Intel/AMD or AMD/NV or Intel/NV or AMD/AMD makes zero difference
  5. Pointless thread using one game as an example when AMD hasn't had driver update for it and 380 clearly beats 960 in a large majority of cases.
  6. I'm looking for a new headset since mine has a constant vibration that people on the other end can hear. I'm just looking for headset with good quality microphone(don't really care about sound quality too much), as cheap as possible(£) but I don't mind forking out extra(no set budget just not too expensive) Don't need links if not available just headset suggestions.
  7. Agree expect for the efficiency rating part as long as it's 80+ Bronze it really makes little impact when choosing a PSU for a new build.
  8. RMx is top tier quality, RM not so much but still decent just doesn't have great capacitor quality.
  9. No it won't bottleneck any GPU on the market rn
  10. IGNORE TOPIC IT'S WORKING NOW
  11. If you're not overclocking get a cheaper motherboard and get a 4460. Also don't get a CX PSU
  12. Go for the Thermaltake PSU and I would go for 390 but get a good that isn't Asus
  13. RMx if it's cheaper it's top tier PSU as well so you shouldn't have any problems and it's easier to find custom cables for if your into that
  14. 280 is slightly worse than a 380(285) not to mention a 380X

  16. Whatever is the cheapest just a few minor feature losses but that's about it
  17. Seasonic is the best PSU company to buy from only thing is that XFX offer cheaper Seasonic rebrands at a cheaper price so there's a better option but it's premium end quality
  18. Mobo is overkill I would save money on that and put it towards a better cooler
  19. If the GPU is bottlenecking, OCing a CPU isn't gonna help much. Focus on overclocking the GPU since CPU would be minimal gains
