What if I told you that I only have $150 for the card. I am willing to cut down some graphics detail for capture framerate, so I'm looking for the cheapest one.

Hello awesome citizens of the internet, I'm planning to build my own PC, but I'm still not which graphics card to use. I will mainly use it to play CS:GO at medium settings and record it @ 1080p 60fps at the same time. Power consumption and overclocking potential don't matter. Below are my current specs: Intel core i5 4460 Asus Z87-A motherboard 8GB of DDR3-1600 RAM Please tell me which card i should use or if there are any problems with my setup. Thank you!
