    Sennheiser HD 579 question

Updated my Realtek HD audio driver to the latest from my motherboards page (6.0.1.8) and disabled nvidias audio drivers in device manager also tried every audio jack port on my motherboard and nothing seems to make a difference. Don't really know anything else I can do other than call customer services at sennheiser

    Sennheiser HD 579 question

So I've been using earbuds for the past 4 years or so and decided to go back to using a decent headset for music/gaming (Sennheiser HD 579). I really can't help but notice that certain instruments / vocals come out of the the left or right more prominently than the other side. It's especially noticeable in discord when talking to friends. EVERYONE sounds like there on the left side of me and its getting annoying. I feel stupid but is there something I need to do so that instruments and vocals come out evenly on both sides? I obviously don't want it to effect me hearing things from certain directions (gaming) or if its actually meant to come out the left more prominently than the right etc. I currently have it plugged into the front of my PC with the adapter that came with it.

    Mothers New Laptop

I think I've decided to go with the xps13. Thank you for the suggestions and help
  4. So i'm trying to find the most durable, reliable, long lasting laptop for my Mom. She will only be using it for browsing the internet, working in microsoft word, etc. Nothing taxing at all. I mainly just want it to be long lasting and durable with a good keyboard and track-pad. Preferably I would like 1tb of storage, at least 8gb of ram, and an i5/i7 (a webcam isn't needed but would be a nice touch). We do not have a budget, but I would like to keep it around $1,500. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Serious Battlefield 1 FPS issues...

I think the dx* option is only available on windows 10 for battliefield 1. My friend has that option on windows 10, but I don't on windows 7

Thanks tried that didn't seem to work. Even if it did work for some reason I couldn't tab out of the game in borderless

    Serious Battlefield 1 FPS issues...

I seriously don't understand why this is happening. People with my setup are getting around 100fps constant on high settings

    Serious Battlefield 1 FPS issues...

Even on Low settings I get around 80fps 100% resolution scale/high preset. Just standing here I got 20fps drops from around 80fps-60fps multiple times

Does it have to do with my CPU at 100% load? lol

    Serious Battlefield 1 FPS issues...

I thought putting it at 40% would help for some reason. Also I forgot to mention even on the lowest settings, no AA, an no ambient occlusion my fps doesnt seem to change in the slightest
