I would suggest RMA. It's most likely got a heat issue. It shouldn't have issues like that. Your CPU shouldn't be shutting down the whole PC because of the GPU. The fan on keeping the system from crashing tells me is a great issue. What manufacturer do you have?
 
OC wouldn't make a difference right now. I asked about OC because if you didn't have enough voltage, you could get a crash.
 
I can't find any other reason why you'd shut down like that. I think it's GPU crash from heat. The fan is supposed to kick on around 60 degrees C by default settings.
 
Go to Event Viewer. Windows Logs. And it should be under System, but check the others in case. There should be something related to your crashes. Take a look and see what is there.

I would assume something related to power. If everything works until you increase power demands (playing games), then I'd look at several things. Is there something grounding it between the MB and the case? Do you have another PSU to try?
Hire did you change the case? I'm going to assume you didn't use any antistatic straps or pads?

If you clone the drives it'll work

As long as you aren't using the key on another computer, it should work, even if it came from a laptop. I kinda lost you on the privacy part.

To me, Crimson only supports HD 7700+ series and up. (at least that's what i've seen, if I'm not mistaken)

I see what you mean now. Honestly, it's not easy to understand how OP is doing things with the tiny code snippets.

The problem is you are trying to use POST and GET two different ways at the same time:
<form class="getRooms" action="lastPage.php" method="post" accept-charset="UTF-8"> This is saying the form data will be sent as a POST to lastPage.php. And this:
window.open("lastPage.php" + "?totalcost=" + totalCost "", "Confirm Your Book", "toolbar=no,width=450,height=400"); Is going to load lastPage.php with the totalcost GET value passed through. You cannot do both of these at the same time like this and if you are going to use this totalcost value later on it certainly shouldn't be a GET anyway, if anything it should be calculated once the form is submitted in PHP.

You need a webserver that can run PHP, what errors is xampp giving?

you'll have to do HTTP GET to lastPage.php supplying it with a get parameter totalcost
 
so the second option: call it as that from the html form (action="lastPage.php?totalcost=")

IntelliJ is by far the best IDE for Java (IMO) out there, it's done by JetBrains and is built upon their industry leading ReSharper technology.

I am not suggesting, but just stating that DVD video soft software still works. just be careful with adware during install.

The 290 doesn't support VGA, so you'd have to use DVI anyway unless you use a signal converter. Either way it's not recommended as DVI is a superior connection.
